Waterfront vacation rentals in Biesanz Beach

First of all, Itzá (the property manager) was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to provide us with local recommendations and excellent care. She also gives a discount to guests for her massages on the beach which are the best I have had in my life. The apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and we even had monkeys and butterflies visit us in the mornings.

We had a great time, excellent place, tidy, clean, with the conditions that were published, well furnished, excellent support from Javier and a very comfortable place. I hope to be back soon with more time.

We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the pools. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The water in the apartment felt cold, but it did not bother us too much because we were hot coming from the beach. There is a shopping plaza close by, but you can get a greater variety of restaurants and stores to choose from if you drive 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

The apartment is small but meets everything you need, it is very nice and with a view of the forest. There is security when entering so it's super good if you bring your own car or rented.

It was a pleasure staying at Enoc’s place — everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Manuel Antonio area. Great value for the price!

We really appreciated our stay at this Airbnb. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and everytime we had a question or needed help from the hosts, Andres and Jerome were responding very quickly. The site is beautiful with birds and flowers all around. The house itself has a large windows at the back, from where we can appreciate the beauty of the jungle directly in the backyard. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had an amazing time! The house is very well equipped, everything is very nice and clean, it is just as shown in the photos. The house is very nicely decorated, with very good maintenance, the air conditioners work very well. The air conditioning in the room is a big plus. The beds are very comfortable and clean. We'll be back because we thought it was a very well-furnished place, a good location and we loved the private pool. Thank you! 😊

We were quite pleased with our stay here. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park is a short walk around the corner. The beach is also close by. We walked to the supermarket and local restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable there. We used the San Bada hotel location as the pickup for excursions, which worked well. Overall, we had a great experience. Johnny was always responsive and helpful with recommendations.

I'm so happy we chose to stay at Lapa Villas for our first trip to Manuel Antonio. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home!! it was pristine, and the grounds are absolutely breathtaking Carli was truly amazing. She was so responsive to all my questions and gave us fabulous recommendations for things to do places to eat and helped with all our transportation needs. She was wonderful and we had the most amazing trip. We would absolutely go back and stay again.

Our family had a great stay here. The place is secluded, but comfortable and safe. The house is clean and comfortable, with all the appliances we needed to cook. We especially liked the big screen door that allowed us to lounge in the living room while enjoying the open air and sounds of the forest. The area is great for walking on the beach, with attractions a short drive away. Beautiful view of forest and ocean to enjoy when drinking coffee — we also saw toucans and hummingbirds. We thought the sounds of frogs, birds, and rain were great, but any light sleepers not used to this should bring earplugs. We also appreciated how helpful Carlos was. Would stay again.

Like so many others have said, do not hesitate to book this! This destination is absolute paradise and the villa was fully equipped to make our vacation perfect. Perry, Paola and Flory are the most gracious hosts and provided a luxurious stay. Flory's breakfast is a must as well as dinner at the Supper Club. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, the shampoo and conditioner provided are delightful. The beach is endless and the sunsets are magical. The pool was refreshing and the pool basketball hoop was a huge hit with our boys. We can't thank you enough for the special memories made at your villa!

We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much! Place was great! Ideal location and great view. Facilities in the community were perfect as well Romelia was also extremely responsive and great to deal with! Cant wait to go back! 10 out of 10!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Fanny’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Fanny was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Isaac was very kind, quick to respond and to help us with our questions. The place is impeccable and the amenities are exactly as described, the atmosphere is very quiet and the view is very nice with lots of nature, totally worth it! :)

We enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to the national park and the beach, as well as several restaurants and bars. Our gps said we were there before we arrived-You’ll be turning on beach park trail rd that may not look like a road you can drive on, but it is.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!
