Die Gegend und die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen und war schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

Barbara is a very polite and helpful lady. She shared with us all the necessary information to where to go, what to do, about the ferry time plans, the restaurant and other facilities near by. She was very professional and proactive as well. The bungalow was cute, very clean and it fit our family's needs for the period of time we booked this form. We definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a low budget house for a family of 4 at a very good price with very good commodities. We strongly recommend this.

Urlaub(zu meinem 2. Geburtstag-siehe Unten)es war unbeschreiblich Schön❣️ Für Menschen die es leider gleich so geht wie mir! Ich bin 70%Behindert,😭sehr schweren Autounfall,knapp überlebt(19.09.2023)und hatte bei unserem Aufenthalt 2 Probleme! Das Appartement,bzw.Alle sind mit Stufen ausgestattet,auf die Terrasse gelangt man über Drei Stufen und ins Appartement rein,muss man eine Stiege bewältigen!Ich musste mir das Gut überlegen und alles Gut planen damit ich nicht so oft auf und ab steigen musste! Und die gesamte Anlage wurde schräg erbaut - die Umgebung steht am Fusse einem Berg! Dadurch hatte ich auch ein Problem, vom Parkplatz zum Appartement,war der Erste Teil Bergab,ich hab mir Schwer getan mit unseren Sachen da Gut runter zu kommen!Sowie Bergauf zu kommen!

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

Soggiorno rilssante in zona tranquilla. Bungalow carino, pulito, cucina fornita. Alberto è gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha dato un sacco di info utili. Dintorni molto carini.

Ein kleines Häuschen für zwei Personen mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Es gibt kostenlose, gut gepflegte Fahrräder, mit denen wir zum Fähranleger radeln konnten und Annalisa hat nicht nur schnell geantwortet, sondern auch hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Eine sehr schöner Oase, besonders wenn die Sonne scheint.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super! Die Kommunikation mit Alberto war jederzeit unkompliziert, er hat mir auf Wunsch sogar noch eine Extra Bettdecke gebracht. 🙏 Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt: Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Föhn. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Alberto nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles und bis hoffentlich nächstes Jahr!!! 😊🫶

Es ist sehr komfortabel, vorallem auch wegen der grossen Terrasse die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Einzig der Strassenlärm ist etwas störend.

Villaggio Arco is located in the small city of Eraclea Mare, a walking distance (couple of minutes) from the beach. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very well organized and contained everything required for our stay. There's a couple of small grocery shops around the area, and many restaurants (although very touristy). One should note, however, that while dogs are allowed, many of the beaches around do not actually allow dogs. We would definitely recommend this place for a beach-focused vacation.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin auf Empfehlung eines Freundes hierher gekommen. Es ist ein ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Der Platz ist sehr sauber. Die Grill- und Fahrradmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. In der Nähe des Meeres. Wir werden Sie bald wieder sehen.

We loved staying here, a nice relaxing location near the beach after staying in Venice for a few days and great spot to day trip to the other islands too. Annalisa was super helpful getting us to and from the ferry and advising places to visit. She has bikes that are free to use and the local town is east to cycle around. The accommodation was as described, was clean and kitted with everything we needed. It felt private from the other bungalows. I would advise being prepared with mosquito repellent!

Ubytovanie u Alberta bolo skvelým zážitkom počas nášho 4-dňového pobytu! Alberto bol veľmi milý a ochotný nám pomôcť s čímkoľvek sme potrebovali. Keď sme mali nejaký problém, okamžite prišiel a vyriešil ho. Bungalov bol čistý a útulný, kúpeľňa bez známok plesne. Klimatizácia sa hodila počas horúcich dní. Oceňujem aj možnosť požičania bicykla, ktorý nám uľahčil presun na pláž aj do obchodu aj na západ slnka :) bol síce jednoduchý, ale viac než sme čakali nám padol vhod. Pláž bola vzdialená len 10 minút cesty a potešili nás tam sprchy a toalety, takže sme sa mohli po kúpaní osviežiť. Aj v areáli s bungalovmi boli záhradné sprchy, čo bolo praktické najmä pre naše dieťa, ktoré bolo plné piesku. Jediné, čo by som vymenovala, je nedostatok niektorých druhov riadu. Preto sme sa rozhodli raz navštíviť vynikajúcu reštauráciu hneď vedľa, ktorá ponúkala dokonca aj pizzu bez gluténu. Celkovo sme boli veľmi spokojní a odporúčam toto ubytovanie všetkým, ktorí hľadajú pokojné miesto na oddych

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage direkt am Strand und der Umgebung im Kiefernwald. Man sollte nur genug Insektenschutz dabei haben, sonst wird das draußen sitzen auf der Terrasse schnell lästig. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und Silvia stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Hat uns sogar geholfen eine Verbindung nach Venedig herauszusuchen. Das Büro für den Check in und Fragen befindet sich direkt mit auf der Anlage. Wir haben etwas gesucht weil es sich genau zur anderen Seite raus befindet. Jede Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt auf der Anlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

we had a perfect stay at Annalisa's. the little houses are comfortable and well-equiped. the garden around is beautiful. Annalisa and her family are really nice and attentive to your needs. the area is quiet and green, you can enjoy beach at 10 minutes by foot. it is super easy to go and take the boat to visit Venezia and all the islands or bike around the laguna! we recommend and hope to come back soon!

Annalisa war wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin,Sie war immer erreichbar und hat niemals gestört. Das Gesamte Anwesen war Fantastisch, sehr ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur plus großen Garten. Die Bungalows sind super aufgeteilt somit hat jeder Gast seine Privatsphäre, wir waren wirklich sehr überrascht mit der Sauberkeit im Bungalow und auch das gesamte Grundstück was Annalisas Papa mit viel liebe Pflegt. Jedes Bungalow verfügt auch über eine grosse Terrasse. Ein Minimarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und auch Resturants sind nicht unweit sehr leicht mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen wo es sehr gutes Essen gibt. Die Fahrräder und Strandschirme stellt Annalisa kostenlos zur verfügung was ein Traum ist. Der Strand ist wirklich nah zum Anwesen und leicht erreichbar. Der Strand ist sehr Ruhig mit sehr vielen Muscheln :-) Wir hatten einen unseren besten Urlaub dort verbringen dürfen und bedanken uns nochmal ganz Herrzlich bei Annalisa und ihren lieben Familie! Hallo, Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Bungalow von Annalisa. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist eine grüne Oase mit Kräutern, die Gäste sogar nutzen dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber hat gleichzeitig alles was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist auch die einwandfreie Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Bei Ankunft gibt Annalisa eine ausführliche Einweisung einschließlich Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkaufen/Freizeit/Restaurants). Wir waren Wehmütig bei der Abreise und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊.
