Beautiful house, many other houses around it, but fantastic views.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. We had a lovely stay at Giovanna's. The house is well renovated and very clean. Giovanna gave us lots of tour recommendations, was very responsive and even proactive for all the little things to manage. The garden is very large and very pleasant. We were hosted very well with a delicious homemade snack. Thank you!

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Stefania was a great host! The villa is beautiful and well-kept, has the perfect spaces for a weekend with friends and the services they offer were the icing on the cake! Thanks so much, it was like being at home!

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Everything is fine, perfect for several families even with small children

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We appreciated her prompt communication and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you, Elena, for making our trip so memorable. We felt totally comfortable, the place is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The host is very nice and has provided a brand new mattress for the baby bed. Hopefully we can come back!

The villa was immaculate and as described. Artur had really thought of everything so we didn’t “want” for anything. Great location close to the harbour and near some great restaurants. Arturs recommendations were followed and we enjoyed eating out in the area. A fantastic holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia.

We had a super nice holiday in a house that almost looked like new. Clearly there are some who take care of their things and a really pleasant and friendly host. We'll definitely be back if we're going to Umag again in the future.

Top place to stay - we felt at home from the first moment and would come back any time. The hosts thought of everything in the amenities, there was even salt/pepper, oils and vinegar as well as a really generous coffee supply. But even with dishes and cooking utensils, there was nothing. There were also plenty of towels, sunscreen and gel spray several times. The location is really fantastic - a small supermarket (including cafe) is within walking distance and has a well-stocked assortment & always fresh bread. Even larger supermarkets are only about 10 minutes by car. During our holiday week, it had over 30 degrees throughout and the existing air conditioning cooled more than enough if needed.

The landlords were incredibly kind, always polite, and responded to our questions immediately. Their helpfulness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests truly enhanced our experience and made us feel completely at home. The location was ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to everything we wanted to explore.
