This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! The contact with Michele was friendly and Michele was always quickly available. Michele communicated proactively and everything was as shown in the pictures and in the description. The apartment is quiet and yet you can quickly reach the beach and the center on foot. I'd love to come back.

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. We didn't miss anything. The apartment is exactly as described in the photos/text. The pool was a daily highlight for our kids. Annamaria and Marco are very friendly and accommodating hosts. They can always be reached. Check-in and check-out went great, and here, too, they were very accommodating to us. The sun loungers by the sea, which are included in the price, were also always great. We would go back to the apartment anytime.

Perfect location with respect to the sea and shops, full of restaurants nearby. Comfortable house also for 4 people, despite the narrow measures, still livable and with all the comforts. Very nice and large terrace. The only downside is the shower, as it doesn't have a shower tray that prevents the water from going out. I also recommend bringing a hairdryer as the one in the apartment is quite weak. The only downside of the area is the possibility of some outside noise, but just a couple of earplugs and everything is resolved. Recommended and considered for future vacations in the area!

Miriamʻs place was absolutely stunning, right in the canal with a great view of gondola tours throughout the afternoon. My personal recommendation is to book a private taxi directly to the door if you have bags, otherwise it’s an easy walk from anywhere in the city. Everything was clean, well kept and amazing!

Everything as described, the accommodation is really in a very quiet place but very close to the beach and various services. Luigi was very helpful and precise.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building, there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby, there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. For a few days of real relaxation, it's perfect!!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
