Mooi huis, wel veel andere huizen eromheen, maar fantastisch uitzicht.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! Thank you very much for the lovely stay. :)

Alloggio bellissimo molto più bello che dalle foto, cucina grande molto attrezzata, la casa presenta tutti i comfort possibili, tv in sala con Netflix, tv nelle stanze, macchina del caffè con cialde annesse, asciugamani per la piscina, set cortesia in bagno e molto altro. Piscina bellissima e giardino curato Host gentilissima come essere a casa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giovanna. La maison est bien rénovée et très propre. Giovanna nous a donné plein de recommandations de visites, a été très réactive et même proactive pour tous les petites choses à gérer. Le jardin est très grand et très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un délicieux goûter fait maison. Merci!

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Top Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Ruhig und abgelegen und dennoch ist in kurzen Strecken alles erreichbar, was man im Urlaub braucht. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Aktivitäten, Strand… Einziges Manko war das Internet, das bis zum Schluss mal mehr, mal weniger funktioniert hat, aber sowohl Hausbesitzer, als auch die zuständige Haushälterin vor Ort waren extremst bemüht, alles erdenklich mögliche zu tun, das Problem zu beheben. Letztlich tat es auch mal gut, nicht immer online zu sein… Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Pool klasse, wir haben uns sofort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sauber, die Küche top ausgestattet, bequeme Betten… Absolute Empfehlung!!! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Es war alles sehr Super, die Empfehlungen, die uns Jody gegeben hat, haben wir in anspruch genommen. Die Lage war super, bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und sauber. Jody hat sich um alles gekümmert, erreichbar war er auch noch, innerhalb von Sekunden, hat er und Vincenzo uns geholfen. Sehr fürsorglich, ich hoffe das wir uns wiedersehen werden. Danke ! Stefania è stata una host fantastica! La villa è bella e curata, ha gli spazi perfetti per un weekend tra amici e i servizi che offrono sono stati la ciliegina sulla torta! Grazie mille, è stato come sentirsi a casa!

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

Logement agréable, propre et confortable ( bonne literie). Pour se rendre sur Venise, il y a 2 lignes de bus fréquentes à proximité de la maison et en 5 min vous êtes directement à l’embarcadère pour Venise. Je recommande ce logement!

Sehr schöne Villa mit einem Bad pro Schlafzimmer und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Tolle und einfache Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung. Top Urlaub 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We appreciated her prompt communication and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you, Elena, for making our trip so memorable. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat für das Babybett eine nagelneue Matratze besorgt. Hoffentlich können wir wieder kommen!

The villa was immaculate and as described. Artur had really thought of everything so we didn’t “want” for anything. Great location close to the harbour and near some great restaurants. Arturs recommendations were followed and we enjoyed eating out in the area. A fantastic holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia.

Mein erstes AirBnb Erlebnis und meine Kumpel hatten nicht zu viel versprochen. Bin absolut begeistert. Jacuzzi war eine 10/10 genau so wie das gesamte Haus. Beheizter Pool war mega. Bin absolut zufrieden

Vi havde en super lækker ferie i et hus som næsten så ud som nyt. Tydeligt at det er nogle som passer på deres ting og en virkelig behagelig og venlig vært. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, hvis vi skal til Umag igen i fremtiden.

Top Unterkunft - wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Gastgeber haben bei der Ausstattung an alles gedacht, es waren sogar Salz/Pfeffer, Öle und Essig sowie ein wirklich großzügiger Kaffeevorrat vorhanden. Aber auch bei Geschirr und Kochutensilien hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab auch mehrmals ausreichend Handtücher, Sonnencreme und Gelsenspray. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft - ein kleiner Supermarkt (samt Café) ist fußläufig erreichbar und hat ein gut sortiertes Sortiment & immer frisches Brot. Auch größere Supermärkte sind nur ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In unserer Urlaubswoche hatte es durchgehend über 30 Grad und die vorhandene Klimaanlage hat bei Bedarf mehr als ausreichend gekühlt.

A ház csodaszép minden apró kiegészítőjével együtt. Utca végén csendes környezetben. Tökéletesen felszerelt konyha. Akármit otthon hagysz azt biztos megtalálod valamelyik fiókban. :) (sminklemosó, testápoló, papírzsepi és minden más) A hűtőben ital bekészítés - a gyerekeknek külön - és gyümölcs várt minket. A tenger 5-8perc séta alatt elérhető, kisebb bárokat is találni a parton. Nagyobb települések 10 perc autózással. Kis falu, nem túl sok aktivitási lehetőséggel, de talán ez előnye is. Alig volt szomszédunk így nem kellett a gyerekeket mindig csendre inteni. Umag mindössze 10km ahol zsúfolt strandot és vizisportokat is találni. A ház tökéletes volt számunkra (2 család 3 gyerekkel). Amint odaértünk, elfoglalhattuk a szállást.
