Nearby supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and hospital.

Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, 160 cm bed, TV, and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

We welcome you to our home. We hope that the comfort provided by the 2 bedrooms, the 2 toilets, the shower room, the kitchen open to the living room with its living room and dining room, giving access to the outdoor space composed of the garden with greenery and brazier on one side and the heated pool and its relaxation areas on the other will please you as much as we like to live there. En saison le potager est à votre disposition. La piscine est chauffée d'avril à octobre. Nice little studio in the heart of the city that invites rest and calm. 150 m from the beach, 50 m from buses and taxis, 5 minutes from the market halls, shops, restaurants and bars. The 30 m2 terrace and tropical garden is ideal for relaxation. This is my place of residence, so I leave personal belongings. You can walk to the Grande Plage or La Côte des Basques. The house has just been renovated and we have taken care of the atmosphere to make you feel fully on vacation.
