Located between Léon and its lake (3 km), Moliets and its white sand beaches (3 km) and 6 km from the nature reserve of the Courant d 'Huchet. You will benefit from the cycle path (Vélodyssée) that borders the village to get around. Ideally located next to the Paludot pond, you will enjoy the calm of the Landes forest.

Pleasant charming cottage completely renovated 40m2 quietly located at the end of a garden. Great place to stay for a small family. All you have to do is put your bags down in this tastefully renovated, air-conditioned place. The maisonette is 200 meters from the center of Bénesse Maremne. All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket... A bike path connects Bénesse-maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to crisscross the area.

You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

You can enjoy the shade of the pine forests, the ocean, the lakes and the many trails and bike paths

6 km from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of the forest, you will find a small diamond of 70 hectares: Les Villages sous les Pins. The 25m² adjoining cottage has been renovated in a marine spirit and opens directly from the terrace to the pine forest! The site has an indoor heated swimming pool as well as outdoor pools, children's water games, and slides. Feel free to ask me for availability.

** completely refurbished first semester of 2022** Our small house is part of a small 5 terraced house complex, with private parking. It is accross the road from the entrance of the Beach " la gravière". You can enjoy the beach with its surf school, its beach bar " la cabane de la gravière". the perfect place to have a drink while watching the sunset.
