We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. In a cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Would most likely need a rental car to explore other parts of LA unless willing to Uber or take public transport. Beds and couch were very comfy! Hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. The only small downside is that the house does have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, a very nice stay!

Great 3 bedroom Airbnb. Pictures and description match what is posted on Airbnb. Emil, our host, was super responsive and proactive in communication. Even though the check-in instructions were listed after booking, he still sent a custom message summarizing what the instructions are. He even checked in on us after our first night to make sure we didn’t need any accommodations. I will definitely be staying at this location or any of Emil’s other Airbnbs.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

We had a very nice family stay at Amie's house for a few days while visiting friends and doing a bit of sightseeing on our way through LA. The house is very pretty and laid out well. It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Our daughter especially enjoyed the step-down kids' room and the oversized couch. And while it doesn't take too far to get into some lesser areas, the street and neighborhood felt safe. It's a convenient location for seeing different parts of the city.

We felt very safe in the residence and Randy was so accommodating in helping us whenever we needed it. The motion sensor lights outside were helpful after late night returns and carrying our 14 month old inside. The air bnb is conveniently close to many restaurants and a Whole Foods. We were in walking distance to the beach . Randy had some amazing suggestions on where to grab coffee and delicious food from. Everything inside the air bnb felt clean and easy to use. Randy provided some snacks and libations for us, which after long travel days with a baby it was very appreciated. The common area of the air bnb is so welcoming, we wish we were able to use it more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was a lovely home away from home .

Had a great stay at this property with my family (4 Adults 2 Teenagers). All the rooms were very spacious and made us feel very relaxed we all had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the underground car park was fairly easy we had a chevy suburban (which for non U.S. people is enormous) normal sized vehicles would be even easier. Views from the property were great. Henry was very quick to respond to questions we had before travelling and instructions were very clear so we didn't need to query anything afterwards. The property was easy to find and was within walking distance to glendale galleria shopping area. It's location meant getting to the various studio tours such as Universal and Warner bros were only a 20-30 mins drive away. Would happily stay here again if I come back to L.A. Our only regret was not being at this property longer as we needed to move on to next part of our tour of california. Thank you Henry!

Super clean and nice place to stay for family for a short visit in LA. - 30-1hr drive away from main touristy spots in LA (already very reasonable commute time because it's LA traffic ) - Close to groceries and great and affordable Asian restaurants if you don't choose to eat in central LA areas - The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, has two parking spaces, spatial backyard and plenty of entertainment in the house to keep our toddler busy - The house has everything you need, even surprised to find air fryer If I have to be super picky, I wish the place would have fewer plugin air freshener, it smells nice but a bit too much fragrance for my toddler.

The place itself is exactly as expected Mx communication from the host is 5star service. The parking is in the ground floor honestly every time you wanna leave it’s a 5 min process to just get to the car. But at least there is free parking. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was the perfect temp. Place was clean and quiet.

Sara's place was great, and served our needs very well. As others have said there is nothing special about the exterior of the house but that did not matter to us. Everything that mattered was fantastic - the house was very well designed, clean, and functional. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic (especially if you like to cook!), and the big back yard was a bonus. It proved to be a great place to stay with young kids. Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

One of the few Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in where the home actually surpassed the pictures and description. Extremely comfortable, well stocked and centrally located. The kitchen had enough spices, condiments, and equipment to fix basic meals. Lovely outdoor space and barbecue. Really enjoyed ourselves. We rented the house for a week so that we could attend our daughter’s wedding. Very comfortable accommodations for the five of us. Would highly recommend.

Of all the options we had, ultimately we selected this house due to location, amenities, and the value. We are very glad we chose this home. Easy access to freeways. Close to many of the sites we wanted to visit. Also close to Metro Park & Ride in NOHO which was convenient for our event at the Coliseum. The house was well maintained and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was simple due to the driveway. Backyard was lovely. Kylie was very responsive and helpful.

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! Mo & Nessy were amazing hosts! The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Venice and Venice Canals, few blocks to the beach and Venice pier and close to verything. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 1 month. Host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true LA experience! Would definitely come back.
