I had a great stay at this lovely place in Los Angeles! The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting LA. Thanks again for hosting me!

We felt right at home and the facilities was amazing. You got everything you need here, the gym and the basketball courts the ev charger parking and more. We we come to L.A we would definitely come back to book at this place again. Thank you Maggie for your quick replies, she was very helpful

John was amazing! Super quick to respond and the apartment was fantastic, we’re in LA several times a year and from now on always plan to rebook here. Fantastic location, great sheets, amazing shower and the washer and dryer in unit was a plus. No TV in the bedroom took a little adjusting to but I loved it in the end! Definitely made it easier to fall asleep at night and Apple TV in the living room worked great.

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

5/5 Stars I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully remodeled condo in Santa Monica! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

Check in instructions were clear. Host is very responsive and friendly. Place was exactly like the pictures and next door to downtown Disney. There was plenty of blankets and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Such a great place! The only thing that was beyond our hosts control was loud gamer neighbors but we were so tired we eventually just fell asleep.

We had a great stay here! It’s an awesome huge unit with modern finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, Laëtitia and Mikey were super communicative and the place was clean and had everything we could need all while being in a great neighborhood!

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

We immediately felt at home upon entering the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We explored the surrounding area on foot and discovered great restaurants. Even Venice Beach was within walking distance. We loved the fact that we could completely open the bedroom and drink our morning coffee on the terrace. Nima is a very friendly, proactive host who immediately answered any questions we had. We would stay here again anytime.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a 1920s home in the beautiful area of Hollywood Hills. You must remember and respect that the home is located on a hill, thus driving the streets is not for everyone. Narrow streets. I had an suv and did well but for nervous drivers, not for you. There are stairs and plenty of them leading up to the home. If you have elderly people with trouble walking, not for you. These are just facts. The home is wonderful. Lots of space for a mature family and friends. Not ideal for little kids in my opinion. The home and furniture are older and kids will inevitably break something. Everything one needs for a family meal is at your disposal. The host is superb. Communication skills excellent. I would recommend this home with the understanding that it is a comfortable establishment for a nice stay in the Los Angeles area for a mature family.

This is a great little guesthouse! I actually loved the loft bed, made the space feel so much larger than it physically is! Absolutely loved having an actual kitchen setup too for cooking! Not too far from the beach with multiple ways to get there, plus plenty of amenities at "home" when you don't want to go out

Great location, high quality services, spacious and attractive

Stayed with my family of 4 and there was more than enough room I was not prepared for how big this home was! The house was beautiful and cleaned thoroughly, I enjoyed my stay and was even able to relax during my time there. Check in/out instructions were very clear and if I had any questions I got a response in less than 20 minutes. I think it’s a great deal and would absolutely book again. The only flaw was the ac and WiFi didn’t reach all way to the farthest rooms but it wasn’t a big issue because there were fans provided and it wasn’t too hot :) it had no impact on my enjoyment of the home. 10/10
