Beautiful place excellent location close to everything Beverly Hills, Hollywood, the coast and downtown LA what I liked most about the location is that your not just in one area your in a location close to everything so you can be at the coast in shorter times yet your very close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood and took us less than 30 min to Dodgers stadium. The apartment building is very nice clean and classy we came a day early and left a day late host responded quickly to requests, this place and host is highly recommended!!!!

The house is very stylish, you can feel the host's thoughtfulness everywhere, and the host has prepared everything for you.Good location, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

We had an amazing stay here during our trip to Los Angeles! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see but still quiet and peaceful at night. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA!

Timilehin’s place was tidy and clean with a great view on the balcony. My friends and I enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen has everything you need. Check-in and checkout are super smooth with clear instructions. Timilehin is helpful and responsive as well. I highly recommend!

This home is great , very spacious great location had everything you need to feel right at home.

And older home which was renovated nicely with artistic flair. Very quiet and safe neighborhood close to the shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is great and the beds were super comfortable. Exactly what we needed as a family displaced from the palisades fire.

Wonderful home with a lovely patio and pool, which is great for kids. Kaitlin provided detailed instructions for everything in the home and had a list of recommended restaurants for delivery and eating out which was extremely helpful. Home is walking distance from Von’s grocery store. Plenty of space for my family of 4 and I would reserve Kaitlin’s home again!

Great home and location, but the very best thing about this property was Carlos! His attention to detail and his drive to make sure everything was exactly how it should be were a fantastic comfort during my entire stay.

Rudi & Eli's place was one of the nicest AirBnB's we've ever stayed in. Quiet, clean, with newly renovated spaces and brand-new appliances, the house is an oasis of serenity within easy walking or driving distance of everything we could possibly want. The gorgeous backyard is like an additional room of the house, with roller shades on the sliding doors making it easy to minimize late-afternoon sun. Eva was in regular communication with me throughout the week, responsive to my every request. Everything was just as one would want it. We loved staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Charlotte’s place is beautifully decorated and very centrally located to the L.A. activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay here. As others have noted, you can’t beat the location. The street is peaceful and so walkable to pretty much everything. Also extremely quiet. Our host was quick to respond and checking in and out was a breeze. Appreciated parking inside the gate. Surfaces were all clean and beds comfortable. With a deep cleaning and some attention to minor maintenance issues this place would be ideal. Would definitely book again!

completely charming and comfortable - probably the best location in los angeles - you can walk to all kinds of food and shopping and it is convenient for everything in the west la/hollywood/santa monica zone - the house feels good and sweet - great backyard, great shower, easy kitchen, cute street - just a nice experience with no issues

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.
