Beautiful generally well kept home with amazing views and yard. If you are a bird lover, you will truly enjoy the symphony of beautiful bird sounds. Being close to the reservoir is a great feature.

Fellipe was so helpful from key and parking instructions to providing recommendations and answering about the house. We had a great stay in this family friendly, clean home that was close to the airport and major highways and all of our destinations. Great place to stay near LA!

Shannon went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We couldn’t have enjoyed our time more. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and the most beautiful views! Best host and home we could ask for!

Great location within walking distance of beach and great food. Front porch is great for lounging with a book or dining al fresco. Shana was great throughout our visit and we would definitely stay here again

We had an incredible stay at Hani’s place! The home was beautifully designed, spotless, and perfect for our family of four. You really couldn’t ask for a better location — just a few blocks from charming Larchmont Village, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, and only about 10 minutes from Universal Studios, where we spent an amazing day with our boys. The neighborhood felt safe, central, and made getting around LA so easy. There were also tons of fantastic dining options nearby, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located home base in LA!

Great place for our family to stay before a wedding. It was near relatives. We had lots of space to prepare wedding flowers and for the kids to watch TV and play in the back yard. More than one coffee maker. Lots of spices available. Close to downtown LA and close to Hollywood. One smaller car fit in the garage, one car fit on the driveway and one car stayed on the street with a parking pass provided by the host. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were allowed to check in early for a small fee which really helped. We discovered a small grocery store within walking distance which was convenient, along with a little restaurant we didn't have time to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a rare and terrific find for universal city! Super close to both Warner and universal for work, or for entertainment if you’re looking to explore the park. Great eating places nearby, quiet, and great views! If you love the mid century modern feel, design, aesthetic as much as I do, this is your spot!

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

Okay this apartment is actually beautiful. Traveling with my bestie for work and we found this place, it was even better than the listing photos. Was perfect for a short term girls trip!!! Super walkable location too. Naj was a great host and text me back everytime I needed something or had questions!!

I recently stayed at Robin’s property for 6 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect .. situated in a safe and clean neighborhood with a good view. The bed was super comfortable, and the property had everything you could possibly need during your stay. It’s also in close proximity to some of LA’s best attractions and restaurants, including The Grove , Beverly Hills, Hollywood sign and Hollywood Walk of Fame which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Robin was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Los Angeles. I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Spacious, clean, and well kept apartment. Our group of 3 had a great stay. The location was right across the street from good coffee, and there were many food options close by. The bed and linens were super comfy and we were able to get good nights of sleep while there, which is super important while traveling!

Booked for a short 2-night stay in town. Perfect location between Hermosa and Manhattan Pier. Conviently close to the beach and a bus stop for public transport.

Would really recommend this place. Was located 15 mins drive from airport, in a nice neighborhood, 20 mins easy walk to cafes etc. The hosts were lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to messages, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags with them. The room itself was clean, with coffee, snacks etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Fiona has been a wonderful host during my stay. I was a fellow working at Huntington Library for the past month, and Fiona’s place provided everything I needed. It was close to the Huntington with a 20-min walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bus lines and metro to old Pasadena and downtown LA are within walkable distance. There are not many dining options within walking distance but it’s about 20 min bus ride to a few commercial/mixed use hubs.

Dorris & her daughter are amazing people! Super welcoming and fun to talk too when you run into them. Always super nice and willing to help! The room itself is super awesome, the bed is extremely comfortable and the fan is awesome. I had to move it a lil closer to the bed but thats just cause i'm not used to temperatures above 60. The room was super clean and well maintained. The bathroom too, which was lovely and very cute. The shower pressure was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay with them and hope to be back eventually!! (Plus they have the cutest dog ever) Also the paris theme that was going on was super awesome, a unique lil quirk i thought was fun!

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!

Beautiful place in Torrance near by great places to shop and have fun. Will love to come back in the future.
