Nestled in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees, in Cominac (1h40 from Toulouse), this private cottage of 70 m², elegantly restored, offers a total immersion in the forest with views of Mont Valier. Living room with bay window, fireplace, friendly kitchen, spacious bedroom and Japanese cedar bath. Enjoy a spring water pool, heated Jacuzzi and outdoor areas (barbecue, petanque). Much of the wood is walnut, hand-carved. A space with its own soul that is impossible to fully describe in so few words.

Charming 1778 house, restored while preserving its original character. Its thick stone walls create a quiet and cozy atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. Located near Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, it is perfect for enjoying nature. The area offers a wide variety of hiking, biking, trail running, and motorcycle road trails. Not recommended for infants or young children due to original features of the house.

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
