Die mit Liebe frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung ist das ehemalige Jagdzimmer des Anwesens. Neben altem Schiffsparkett schmückt eine Stuckdecke den großen, hellen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und Esstisch. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Terrasse und ein großer Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor der Türe. Bis in die Aachener Innenstadt benötigt man 10 Min. mit dem Auto. ( Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Een grote kas op een gave plek met eigen hottub. Buiten ervaren met een glazen kas eromheen. Ter info: het kan fris zijn in de kas in de winter en warm in de zomer. De Orangerie is GEEN feestlocatie. Wij hanteren een avondrust op ons parc vanaf 23.00. Geluidsboxen, karaokesets etc. zijn niet toegestaan. Bij aankomst zijn de bedden opgemaakt en liggen de handdoeken klaar! Ich freue mich dich im schönen Münsterland begrüßen zu dürfen. Für dich + Begleitung steht der Bauwagen bereit welcher sich im Garten eines Einfamilienhauses befindet. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Du hörst hier nur die Natur. Trotzdem ist es mit 1km nicht weit zur Innenstadt von Lüdinghausen. Bäcker Lidl und McDonald’s nach 400 Metern. Fahrräder für einen kurzen Trip in die Stadt könnt ihr kostenlos bei uns leihen. Spannende Ausflugsziele sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Small, peaceful flat (for 1 guest) with modern facilities, located directly next to the Düsseldorf trade fair centre and the Nordpark. The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.
