Dein Apartment ist ebenerdig mit direktem Zugang auf die Terrasse und dem 2.000 qm großen naturbelassenen Garten. Du betrittst die Wohnung durch einen großen Windfang, der mit einer weiteren Tür den Flur im Wohnbereich abgrenzt. Auf der rechten Seite liegt das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und Schlafcouch (insgesamt 3 Schlafplätze). Daneben das Hauptbad mit Wanne, Dusche, Toilette und großem Waschtisch, alles hell gefliest. Gegenüber findest du das Ankleidezimmer mit einem gigantischen Einbauschrank. Über den Flur gelangst du vorbei an einer Abstellkammer in den Hauptwohnbereich. Eine helle, moderne, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit 4-flammigem Ceranfeld und 2-flammingem Gaskochfeld, Hochbackofen, großem Kühlschrank, moderner Spülmaschine, Kaffe-Automat, etc. lädt ein zum gemeinsamen, gemütlichen Kochen. Ein großzügiges „Sammelsurium“ an Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und sonstigem Küchenzubehör steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Direkt an die Küche grenzt der Esstisch (ausziehbar) für bis zu 8 Personen. Live-cooking ist daher garantiert. :-) Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls in die Wohnküche integriert und bietet mit 2 Sofas, Satelliten-TV (48 Zoll LCD TV), Hifi-Boxen für iPhone/Android/iPod (bestialisch laut und mit satten Bässen) eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Apropos gemütlich: Ein Kamin steht Dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Und wenn Dich Musik und Fernsehen nicht reizen haben wir ebenfalls ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele bereitliegen (Schachbrett, etc.) Das urgemütliche Hauptschlafzimmer mit extra Duschbad samt Toilette befindet sich im hinteren Bereich und hat ein sehr, sehr rückenschonendes Doppelbett mit metallfreien Lattenrosten, neuer, durchgehender Matratze. Wenn Du nicht einschlafen kannst, oder mal nicht aufstehen möchtest haben wir dort einen 32 Zoll Fernseher an einen Satelliten angeschlossen. In der ebenfalls ebenerdigen Waschküche stehen Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen zu Deiner Verfügung. Ebenfalls kannst Du Deine Wäsche in der Waschküche „Lufttrocknen“. Auf der Terrasse stehen Dir Tisch, Stühle und auf Wunsch auch ein Grill zur Verfügung und laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Lagerfeuer im Garten sind ebenfalls möglich! Im hinteren Teil des Gartens befindet sich eine Schaukel für die Kleinen; oder nicht ganz so Kleinen ;-) Da es sich um eine Sackgasse handelt haben wir hier auch kaum Autoverkehr! Lage ========================== Dein Apartment ist weit ab von jeglichem Trubel. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt der Wald, den Du für Dich erkunden kannst. Ob zu Fuss, zu Ross, zu Rad. Morgens wirst Du von den Vögeln geweckt. Oder den Kühen. Wenn Du es möchtest kannst Du dennoch innerhalb von maximal 60 Autominuten in alle Ruhrmetropolen (Köln, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) fahren und hast dort Anschluß zur Welt. Zum Beispiel kannst Du über den Bahnhof in Oberbrügge (ca. 8km) auf Erkundungstour gehen. Die Regionalbahn bringt Dich zum Hauptbahnhof in Dortmund. Ab Marineheide (ca. 18km) bringt Dich eine andere Regionalbahn zum Kölner Hbf. Aktivitäten ========================== Neben den Erkundungen im Wald kannst Du aber auch eine Reihe von Aktivitäten für Schlechtwettertage genießen. Das nahegelegene Lüdenscheid (ca. 19km) verfügt über alle Einkaufs-, Sport-, und Kultureinrichtungen die das Herz begehrt. Personenkreis ========================== Dein Apartment ist geeignet für - Familien mit Kindern, - behindertengerecht (da komplett ebenerdig), - Geschäftsreisende, - Freunde der Natur, - Reiter(innen) mit Pferd da Offenstall und Weide genutzt werden können, - aber auch für längere Aufenthalte. Ausführliche Beschreibung ========================== Deine Unterkunft ist 500m vom nächsten Nachbarn entfernt und direkt am Wald gelegen, der zu Spaziergängen/Walking/Mountainbiking/Reiten/Jogging usw. einlädt. 600m vom Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, die Dich mit der Außenwelt verbindet. Ein Grill steht im Garten zu Deiner freien Verfügung.

Relax with the whole family, friends or as a couple at this peaceful place to stay. Our lovingly furnished 200-year-old half-timbered house is located in the middle of the village in a residential area. The garden is fenced off, parking spaces are always available in front of the gate. Nearby there are hiking trails, a playground, swimming lakes and activities of the "Bergisches Land." The house is a place of rest and relaxation. Parties are not allowed. Bed linen included for 4 nights or more.

Home with a view: Bergneustadt is a small, over 700-year-old town in the Bergisches Land with many shopping opportunities for everyday needs. Here there are dams nearby, lots of forest and nature and lots of hills that invite you to hike and bike. The half-timbered house is located on a quiet hillside property in the immediate vicinity and with beautiful views of the old town. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking spaces are available at the house.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

Cozy log cabin in a quiet, rural setting with balcony and sunny terrace, including barbecue facilities. The in-house sauna can be used for an additional charge. Thanks to the good connections, Cologne and other cities are within easy reach. A well-developed network of hiking trails and nearby reservoirs invite you to take relaxing excursions in nature.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Obenrüdener Kotten, stone house

The Kotten is actually a small factory, a former knife grinding shop, and is located at the end of the valley and away from the village directly on the Wupper. This is where industrial architecture, tranquility and a lot of nature meet.

Coachman's house in the Bergisches Land

The historic coach house is located in the center of Lindlar, yet in a quiet and natural environment. It was completely restored in 2006 in a traditional construction according to the rules of monument protection.
