The city center is easily accessible by public transport. A baker, butcher and a very good pizzeria are in the immediate vicinity of our farm.

Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Just a minute's walk from Lake Phönix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class neighborhood is our apartment "Trallafitti." It was recently renovated and is modernly furnished. The apartment offers everything to spend a few relaxing days. You will have a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers a lot of restaurants and bars.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
