Großzügige Ferienwohnung, in traumhafter Lage in Simmerath- Dedenborn, direkt an der Rur gelegen. Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

The massively built, well insulated garden house with covered terrace is in the back of the beautiful garden. It is fully equipped with electric heating and a fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Messe, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located near the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise nuisance until 23h.

Cute basement apartment with its own entrance and a large covered terrace. Here you have a relaxing view of nature. In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Bathing and showering with the feeling of standing in the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Less than 30 min to downtown! 😊

Die helle Wohnung die mit viel Naturmatrialien und Liebe Restauriert wurde bietet einen hohen Standard. Durch liebevolle Kleinigkeiten und Details strahlt die Wohnung sehr viel Gemütlichkeit aus. Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Located directly on the edge of the forest and field, it is an ideal starting point for hikes. The train station is 100 meters away. The center of Limburg with its historic old town and world-famous cathedral is quickly reached. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge.

The 38 m² 2-room apartment on the first floor with its separate entrance is located in a 1 ½-story detached house of the owner in the south of Cologne. The apartment has its own balcony with an unobstructed view of the Rhine. Free parking is available at the house.
