Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Relax in this special and peaceful accommodation and leave your everyday worries behind. You'll be living in the city centre of Cologne, but you'll feel like you're in the countryside. I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The mattress is 140 metres wide. There is therefore plenty of room for 2 people. A possible 3rd person/children on the sofa

Combined kitchen and living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping places for 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.
