The excellent reviews are right. It's worth 5 stars, definitely considering value. Beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment in a cozy town. Good base for day trips. We stayed for 5 nights and can only give positive feedback. Bed was really good and everything is tastefully coordinated. I can only think of one possible negative point that Ruben can't do much about: internet speed. Often due to the infrastructure. I hear a luxury problem and I experience this more often in Germany. Nadine is a very kind and pleasant person. The check in was fast and easy and she still indicated restaurants and markets in the region. The accommodation is next to a bakery where you can have a good breakfast. The train station is approximately 6 to 7 minutes walking. In Caminha there is a very good natural food market. Already at the train station there is a Bangkok food restaurant that I found delicious. In a way everything was really nice. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the lack of transportation alternatives. There is basically an S5 train line that passes through the city. If the train is delayed or canceled, you will be at least 20 minutes waiting. For those staying late in Frankfurt, you can use the U2 metro. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Bad Homberg but at least you can reach the station that is 15 minutes walking. Quiet Town, very enjoyable. Thanks Nadine for help with checkout time.

Our first ski holiday with children of 3, 6, 6 and 7. Both the children and ourselves felt right at home in the apartment. There was enough space to sleep, cook and live with 4 children. Boris shared all the necessary information well in advance and was also available during our stay for questions/tips. The area itself is quiet, yet central. Supermarket and center of Winterberg are easily traveled both on foot and by car.

We had a very relaxing stay at your beautiful apartment. It was sparkling clean and very cozy. We'd love to come back when we're in Cologne again.

We arrived for an extended weekend. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean. There is everything you need. The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt right at home. We'll be very happy to come back.

The house was initially already a little dirty, but the boys didn't complain because it's no big deal. They cleaned it themselves and we don't charge any cleaning fee, finally, they also left some dirty things that in 5 minutes can be cleaned and they want to charge me 50 euros for it. The location is good because it's close to work, but it's not fair to charge for something that was already dirty. We have videos showing how we left the house. Thank you.

We stayed with eleven girls and had a great time! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and offers a really nice outdoor area – perfect for sitting together. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. Communication with Elvira was super straightforward - she was always friendly and helpful. A small note: Although the property is indicated for 13 people, there are only 10 sleeping places. Only on request we were told that we need to bring an extra mattress. For ten people, the house is ideal – beyond that it will be a bit difficult. Still, we would come back anytime!

We were in the house with a larger friends soup. You have plenty of space and the amenities were great. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable! The hot tub takes some time to heat up! On the second day we could use it! We would book the house again anytime!

The small cottage is located in a vacation home settlement in the Wiedtal. It is equipped with everything and very comfortable. The outdoor area also offers everything. The hot tub outdoors is great. The excursion tips from the hosts are also great. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed at Axel's place last year and felt very comfortable again this time. The apartment is well-equipped, nothing is missing and you have everything you need. The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.

We stayed in Irina's apartment for the second time and this time, too, nothing disappointed us. I think that's the best rating. You immediately feel warmly welcomed, even if you don't know Irina personally, you have the feeling of being welcomed. Irina is quite simply the perfect hostess, communication is quick, straightforward and very friendly. The location, shopping, restaurants, S-Bahn, everything within walking distance. The apartment is in very good condition, lovingly decorated, in the kitchen everything is available and the photos correspond to the actual condition. I would like to thank Irina very much for that. Denys was a great host! He was always attentive to everything we needed and was very kind. The apartment is spacious and comfortable we were there for a month and a half and everything was amazing, it has everything you need, it is well located, good connection with transport, close to supermarket, pharmacy and some shops. I recommend it!
