We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Edith and did not want to leave- it is simply charming! The house is very spacious with a great pool and outdoor space, and for us, it was in the perfect location for our friends wedding at Chateau Soulac. Comfortable beds, large en-suites and plenty of space for all 8 of us to sit, have a drink, have dinner and sit soft. Always a good sign when a place has (more than!) enough sun loungers too. We really liked how well stocked the kitchen was and the welcome bundle was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful French countryside retreat, and would love to stay again.

We had a great time. The place is great. It feels like home. A real pleasure to have been able to enjoy this accommodation! We recommend it and will definitely be back!

A great stay with small mouths. We were a large group of 4 families and were able to live together while each having our spaces. The houses are clean and the vintage decor is chosen with care and taste. Karine's welcome was extremely pleasant and we left the premises and our host reluctantly. This place is a simple and human space, thanks to the investment of its adorable owner. A big thank you , we would not hesitate to return!

We had a lovely stay. My husband and I were in the apartment and our daughter, husband and 2 boys were upstairs for bedtime but shared the whole place the rest of the time. Worked well and the amenities were excellent. We found the best recycling facility on the last day (🤦‍♀️) but used the one in town before. Beware in town near Supermarket….lots of angry wasps around due to very hot weather and remains of alcohol in bottles. The other one was a much, much better service area. We’ll know next time. A lovely place in a very peaceful location very close to all Les Eyzies, Sarlat, and the major Dordogne sites. Lots of space, big kitchen and living room. Huge garden with lovely pool area and terrace - luckily despite being early April we were blessed with great weather to use the pool. All in all, highly recommended!

A wonderful home in beautiful surroundings - would highly recommend for a stay with family or friends. Great rooms, excellent facilities, stunning views and a pool! Isabelle was an incredibly friendly and helpful host - we will definitely try to come back!

Had a lovely weeks stay here in July just me and my partner. Was a 5 minute drive to local town/shops which was handy. Sadly to far to walk as its alot of up and down hills to the villa. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for self catering and then have local restaurants to eat out. Its very private and beautiful place not overlooked in any way. Pool was very cold! Bed could done with more pillows and not the most comfortable but overall had a great holiday and would recommend staying here.

We were 6 colleagues on business trips. The cottage, surrounded by vineyards, was perfect for our stay with beautiful bedrooms equipped with bathrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were very nice and well-equipped to get together. We were warmly welcomed and informed by our host. We enjoyed this place to stay and would all be willing to come back!

Beautiful spacious house in the middle of Monsegur, a lively small town. We appreciated the separation from the bedrooms and the kitchen allowing early risers to make noise in the morning. The house is very well equipped, had a cot and toys for a toddler. Children made the most of the courtyard and the outdoor toys and games provided. Our stay was too early for the pool to be heated. Sophie was very responsive and accommodating. There is plenty to do in the region. Truly a great stay.

The stay went very well. The estate is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and barbecue!

A wonderfully house for a big group, many different areas to sit and eat with your group and the pool/jacuzzi were great! Had bbqs each night and had everything needed to host!

Stunning! Just stunning. The view from the terrace. The pool. The secluded rural location. The hot air balloons in the morning. The firework display on a Sunday evening from La Roque-Gageac. Just stunning. The house is beautiful - Full of character but with all the modern mod cons. Spacious - We were a group of 10 (2 x families) and there is plenty of room for people to do their own thing. Hosts were very helpful. We will be going back one day.

First and foremost Lucie and her parents Annick and Pierre are greats hosts and super lovely. They were helpful and so welcoming. Perfect communication and always there when we need them. The chateau was a dream- peaceful and beautiful not to mention super clean! Our stay there was amazing and it’s perfect for family’s. Won’t hesitate to return! We spent 3 wonderful days with friends in this beautiful estate! Frédérique is an available, attentive and very kind host. The mansion is perfect for recharging, enjoying the park and pool in complete tranquility. We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a 3-day weekend at Lizzy and Pascal's. We were a group of 7 friends, the manor charmed everyone. The rooms are very nice and the bedding is good. Don't be afraid of the cold, the fireplace heats the house very well and Lizzy left us wood available which was very nice. The house is perfectly equipped. The view from the terrace is superb, the surroundings are very quiet. Lizzy and Pascal are very welcoming and very discreet hosts. We'll be happy to go back in the summer. Thanks to both of you!

The price was correct, great for 10. With bedroom and bathroom and private toilet. The only small downside is that there is no maintenance for this house bathroom fixtures, defective, problem with a roller shutter that doesn't work. It's missing some accessories like a corkscrew, a can opener that doesn't work and no maintenance on the terraces... that's a shame….

Hervé is a very welcoming host. House is very beautiful, warm. Splendid view. Large pool at 29 degrees. We stayed with the family for 2 weeks. It went way too fast. There were 3 adorable companions, 3 nice cats. My favorite Oreo. To be done again with great pleasure. Nathalie

Our stay was very nice, the accommodation is very comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped. The private garden and terrace are also very popular as well as the pool. The environment is wonderful: in the countryside and 2 steps from the Dronne. Thank you to Richard and his wife for hosting us.

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed in. We felt right at home and especially loved all the recommendations of places to visit and sample the delights of all the villages in the area. Mary and Liam could not have done any more for us.
