Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

The property sits in a beautiful and green setting in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the benefits of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Top floor, closed apartment for guests. About 800 m to the Rothsee. Separate bathroom + toilet. I can currently offer three double rooms (one double bed in room 1, one double bed in room 2 and one double bed plus single bed in room 3) in this apartment.
