It is themed in honor of the Tri State Thresher Show which is held every July in Bird City. It features 1 queen bed, 1 twin XL, 1 sleeper couch, 1 bath, microwave, mini fridge, TV, and a coffee maker.

Welcome to my little Kansas getaway. The home has a very comfortable living room, a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and big closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a bathroom with tub on the main floor. There is a 2nd bedroom on the basement level (stairs to access) with 2 full size beds along with washer/dryer. This home is only 1 block away from Main Street shopping, coffee, dining, a movie theatre, and a world-class Motorcycle museum. This house is not handicap accessible.
