Great location, near downtown. Unit was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in were easy to follow.

This is my second visit to the great little place. Full of rustic charm, awesome views and a nice deck to sit out back and look over the canyon and views. Hose was clean, fresh and had everything needed. Zero issues and look forward to the next time I have a need to be in the area.

We made a last-minute booking for a pheasant hunting trip. The house was very clean and is located in a perfect area near plenty of available public hunting and outdoor opportunities. Kerri and Dave are very accommodating to any needs you may have. We were traveling with two dogs and the house is fenced in, which is extremely helpful when trying to take care of pets while on the road. We will definitely book again the next time we are in McCook. Thanks, Kerri and Dave for a great stay.

This is not just a cabin, it‘s a stage design. Formerly a workshop the Space was converted into an Airbnb 5 years ago, surrounded by farm land. You can watch the sun going down through the glassed gate before you close the curtain - and may hear some coyotes or listen to whatever is nightly active out there in nature. In the cabin you find polaroid images and notes from other guests, one says, even a marriage proposal happened in this scenery. If you come on a cold April day, an wir conditioning unit next to the bed delivers enough heat to keep you warm. The bath room in s former grain silo next to the cabin is definively larger than your own at home. Theatrical!

When pilling in, we were a little nervous about the appearance of the surrounding buildings (abandoned warehouse & broken down truck on one side, run down looking house w/ RV parked out front towards the back), but my oh my was this house a heavenly oasis!!! The yard is completely fenced in with a tolling gate to privatize and secure the compound. The house is phenomenal — extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. It is also impeccably clean. The photos don’t even do the property justice. The upstairs is two big rooms and a gorgeous bathroom w/ a great bathtub. Downstairs are a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, two bedrooms, another beautiful bathroom with a large shower, and a large living room and an even larger dining room — not to forget an office area. This was the nicest house we rented along our trip in terms of the finishes, decoration, and space. Great stop on the way into CO. A++++

Do not let the outside fool ya. You can tell Carrie and family are putting the effort and time in this home to make it awesome. The outside is a bit rough but inside you have tons of new things. As with any old homes you will have some quirks but that is what makes them so interesting at the same time. My wife and myself only stayed one night but we would have been happy to have stayed longer. Living room has a great nice large couch. The furniture thru out the entire house is brand new. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Good hot water for the shower. Lastly there is a decent Mexican restaurant just a block away so after a long drive. You don’t have to go very far to get a good dinner.
