Villa vacation rentals in Benito Juárez

Our stay at Sergio’s place was incredible. The location was great - very close to restaurants, the beautiful beach, and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful. Sergio was incredibly responsive. It was quite noisy due to the location off the main street. Also, there is an entrance to the downstairs apartment in the kitchen/dining room. It was locked and we always felt safe, but it could get noisy at times as well.

The house was ad described. He does make clear that is does not have hotel amenities, which is true. It was clean and the outdoor courtyard was lovely. It would have been nice if the patio lounge chairs were still available.

Es una excelente Casa y Ubicación, se requiere auto para poder trasladarse, pero muy cerca de Aeropuerto, Zona Hotelera y Restaurantes. Así como súper mercados y plazas. Algún puntos de mejora pero menores

This Villa was nice and close to the water. Great views on all three levels of balconies. Bedrooms were nice and each had an attached bathroom. Two slight inconveniences were that we had to take blanket from beds upstairs for the two beds that folded down on first floor. Also getting back into the resort each time the guards would not remember us and make us wait to get back in. There was also no way to get access to the all inclusive amenities at the resort, however there is stores very close to get what you want. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely go back!

All was good. My wife and I would consider requesting to stay there again if we ever chose to go back to Cancun.

An absolute pleasure to stay one week in this villa. There was plenty of space for us, we were 7 persons. Fully equipped kitchen. Free water available for the full week. And most importantly - you have the most amazing terrasse with access to the beach. The ocean is 20 meters away, and it is just gorgeous. Jaqueline was a super host, always very fast to answer and help. When we during the week ran out of gas, she quickly arranged to have it fixed. Definitely a place we would return to, should we ever be in the area again. Only minor things - the pools from the hotel are a bit worn down, but they are cooling 😉 and who needs a pool with an ocean as a neighbour. There are not so many shops and restaurants in the area, but uber and uber eats will be your friend. 5* stay!!

Fam triana house was AMAZING..... Amazingly awesome. I celebrated my 24th birthday at her house . Her husband cooked for me and my friends , his food was great ! Also she helped me get a mirachi band to sing which made my day even more special . Me and my friends ended up getting locked out the house and she got to us in 5 minutes which was super convenient. She always got me a little Mexican present and a beautiful cake . My favorite thing about my stay here was that she has coconut trees in the backyard and she had someone personally get them off the tree for us . I will be definitely saying here again !!!!

The property was stunning, spacious, and clean. The housekeeper, Pedrito, was very friendly but didn't hover. It was nice to be in a more picturesque location across the lagoon, slightly removed from the chaos of the hotel strip, and it was easy to get ubers to get around. The only draw back was that the bedroom space didn't exactly match the description: there were a few rooms that were described as having 2 beds in the listing that actually only had 1 queen. Still had plenty of space for our group, and overall was an amazing place to stay.

We had an incredible stay! What makes the villa so great is that its private and peaceful. You have all the benefits of being in the hotel zone (on the south end), but without a sea of people. The pool was not crowded. The beach was right there. The views were incredible. It was inexpensive and efficient to take Ubers wherever you want to go. Navios is by far the best restaurant in the area and its a very short walk from the villa. Highly, highly recommend. This was one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in with my family of 5.

Jorge was very helpful and responsive. I recommend taking him up on his offer for transportation, Uber’s can’t pick up at the airport. Jorge saved us! Also we got the chef and so enjoyed it!! Loved the pool and close access to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful week in beautiful Cancun!

Excelente ubicación La atención fue de primera , se encontraba céntrico muy cerca de servicios y áreas de entretenimiento , la casa muy limpia y muy cómoda

Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión muy al pendiente de lo que sus huéspedes puedan requerir. Nos quedamos con mi familia en una de las habitaciones para 8 personas de la Azcapri Villa de Juan Carlos y tuvimos una gran estadia. La habitación es muy cómoda y esta muy bien distribuida, cuenta con cocina donde se pueden preparar alimentos. Muy buen Wifi. La Villa esta pensada como un lugar para relajarse, y todo ahi te invita a ello; desde la musica ambiental, hasta el Spa, tiene un cenote privado! Recomendamos 100% alojarse en Azcapri Villa si lo que buscas es un lugar para relajarte y conectar otra vez contigo mismo, nosotros en un próximo viaje a Cancun planeamos volver a hospedarnos aqui.

Carmen and her team were so responsive to my questions at the beginning of our villa search which really made her stand out. the villa was exactly as described if not better it had all amenities and some great local information shared by Carmen. You 100% need a car here but they make that clear and we always have a car. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a regular pool clean and also house and linen change. All bedrooms have AC and then fans throughout the main communial areas. we found it be to very hot in the evenings and struggled to use these areas. but I guess everyone's tolerances to heat is different. check out was straight forward and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should be return to Mexico. thanks again!

Good description of the home. Great communication between both hosts. It was very comfortable and mostly what we expected. Safe community and very easy to maneuver.

Beautiful house; Walmart less than 5 minute walk. Responsive host. However house has alot of minimal imperfections. Still highly recommend!

In all honesty at first heard some comments about area being bad but was complete opposite. Amazing house/airbnb and private/gated community. Very calm and secure area. House is very nice and accurate to pictures. We visited from Atlanta for family Vacation and was definitely more than expected and enough for us! Owner was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
