Nice place, 8th floor but with an elevator. The air conditioning is appreciated on hot days. Flexible and attentive host.

Remedios was very friendly and accommodating. I just loved the house, it's quirky and spacious and has marvellous views. The bedroom we stayed in is nice and cool. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of spices, oil etc. The village is beautiful and peaceful and there's a number of walks you can do from your doorstep. I'd recommend getting your groceries before arriving. You can park right in front of the house, but the streets are very narrow. So if you're not that confident, you can leave the car along the main road. I would highly recommend staying a few days at Remedios'. It was a great experience for us.

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

We had a lovely one night stay. The location was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. Lovely walks, large fenced garden, easy parking. María and her husband greeted us on arrival and were lovely people. Very helpful and took the time to show us around the property. Perfect.
