Vacation rentals with a home theater in Benidorm

Maria is a fantastic host, she goes beyond what should be expected by a host, we had some logistic difficulties during our trip and we could earliest check in af midnight, which was no problem for Maria, she met us personally at her place with key delivered. At check out we forgot an import painting at her place, we didn't expect to see it again, but once again Maria came to the rescue and within 2 hours she would be back at her house and lock us in to get our lost painting 😃 my girlfriend was very happy about that. so if you look for something near Alicante with a short drive distance and beach view, maria got the place for you!

Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

An apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay... we have not missed anything. Perfect communication with Fernando. The situation very close to the sea, a walk to a small beach of gravel and a little farther one of large sand… Quiet and very well-kept area

Manuel was a superb host, we arrived early and he let us leave our bags while the accommodation was being cleaned. Manuel was there at check in and greeted us with a bottle of wine and lots of cakes. He showed us around the accommodation and recommended places to go. He was very open to communication and responded very quickly. It was a little noisy at times due to being on the main thoroughfare, but nothing major. We highly recommend Manuel’s place, you will not be disappointed

Our experience was excellent, the whole house was great. The hostess surprised us with a welcome touch, including wine and breakfast. The location is excellent and Carla is super friendly and helps you with arrival and they have recommendations of all kinds. We will repeat!!

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

House better than in the photos, spacious rooms and good outdoor areas. Also close to the beach, you can walk in Max 5 min you reach Les Rotes. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We had a wonderful 15 days! Sylvain was very sensitive to our well-being . Not to mention Giles and Gisèle who were there with us so we lacked nothing! The photos and descriptions were accurate to the listing Great place to have a pleasant holiday the accommodation is very well located, peaceful: 800 meters from the sea, shops nearby, the very beautiful town of Dénia is only 15 min by car. Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment matches the photos perfectly. We'll be happy to go back.

Teresa's apartment is better connected than we thought. The beach next door, the tram and buses that made us not take the car for anything! Also when we arrived it was very clean. Teresa is very friendly and attentive, although we did not have to contact her because we had no problems.

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Javier were welcoming and helpful.
