Beautiful villa in a fabulous setting. The villa was clean, spacious and well looked after. I would have loved to have stayed for the whole summer

We had a great time at Casa Lucia. The villa and grounds were perfect for our trip. The villa is well stocked with pool floats, chairs, outside cushions and plenty of lighting. The inside was tastefully decorated and we found all kitchen utensils we needed. Plenty of linen for the pool and for showering. Beds were comfy and large. The villa was around 1hour from Alicante and was a scenic journey. We had a slight issue with the alarm system but the hosts sorted this out quickly and assured us this had been fixed. Possibly an issue because we arrived quite late at night. We thank Kim and Nicole for a delightful stay and for being ever so flexible and responsive!

We had a great week in this house and it was even better than in the pictures. Would definately recommend it to other people.

We were in town for a wedding with a group of 11 people and Peter’s place was perfect for our occasion. The views were breathtaking and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to sit gather around and have meals together. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus for a group this big. Peter was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond to any messages. The location is great, too — just a short drive away from the centre of Altea and a short walk to the grocery store or down some stairs to the beach. We really enjoyed the electric scooters, too.

Igor's place was perfectly kitted out. large and spacious with great Air-con and facilities. The location is excellent and the views from are 2st floor balcony are very nice. The view from the ground floor were a little restricted due to some trees sadly obscuring the view of the bay. However, these trees will he gone in the next few months and the view will be a huge unrestricted panoramic view of the whole of the peninsula. Stunning. Igor was a great host and communication was very good. Karen met us early to check in and was available via phone throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful week we had at Villa Leonika in November. What a nice spacious house, with all the comforts. It is located in the quiet and beautiful district of La Sabatera and it is a 20-25 minute walk to the port of Moraira and the beach Playa l'Ampolla. In this old part of Moraira there are a few nice and cozy restaurants and terraces. The big market on Friday is recommended. The host was very friendly and helpful. In short, we had a perfect week.

Beautiful Villa, perfect for a group of family or friends! Posts of space and stunning outdoor areas with multiple seating areas. Pool was big and very clean - would come back again!

We have a great stay in Calpe, the villa is in an ideal, peaceful location, a short walk from the old town and supermarkets, about 5 to 10 minutes to the new town and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The villa itself is very spacious and better than the pictures, especially the pool and outside spaces which are wonderful with lovely views from both ends of the front terrace. The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen includes all the equipement you would need. The hosts were very responsive and friendly sorting out a couple of issues quickly. I would definitely recommend to stay

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and easy to find and perfect for 15 of us on a hen do. Communication was brilliant and lots of help with organising other things during our stay.

Had a fantastic week long stay at Sarah’s place in Altea La Vella, cannot fault it! We were 2 families with children ranging from 20 months, up to 20 years old and the place was perfect for us all. Sarah was brilliant from booking right up until the day we left. She happily sorted out a cot and highchair for us which saved us a lot of hassle! The house itself is beautiful, the photos really didn’t do it enough justice! It was 35+ during our stay so it was incredibly hot and the AC was very welcome. In the downstairs apartment there was just one AC unit however this was clearly explained in the description and we very quickly learned that keeping the door closed and AC pumping was the way to manage it. The local restaurants were gorgeous too, we loved Meliton in its beautiful garden. We even braved the hill to walk there and back which was more than do-able, even with a buggy! Local area is beautiful, the kids loved Benidorm, but Altea & Xabia were well worth the drive. Highly recommend

We arrived home today after spending a week in this lovely villa. It was perfect for us as a family of 10 including our grandchildren. The villa was very clean & fresh feeling. It had everything we needed, well stocked. The pool & outdoor area was great, we used BBQ area too. The view from the front terrace was fab, also easy walking to restaurants & bars which was all very good. Lovely beach close by too. Sadie answered all my questions promptly & recommended a transfer company which was very good. We all enjoyed our time in Calpe & would definitely come back to this lovely villa Thank you Sadie

This was our first time visit to Calpe and it certainly wont be our last. We were greeted at the shop to pick up the keys and show us the location of the villa, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The villa is split in two, wity two seperate entrances; the top half has a kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room. The bottom half has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. As there was 3 of us, we just used the top half. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool is approx 6x3 and is perfect to cool off and float around. We did loose hot water on our second day, but it was quickly fixed when i explained the problem. Fantastic service. It was roughly 1 mile to the beach, we did walk there, but found driving the better option as it was up steep hills coming back and in the heat can feel quite hard. The are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets too, again you can walk within 15 minutes to the closest. Overall, really lovely villa!

Very nice and well-equipped house in a very quiet place. The outdoor area with pool is perfect for summer evenings. Ger has been very attentive to anything we might need.

Property is clean, with lots of amenities, and several dining areas. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Views amazing. Property well located with short drive to beach and local supermarket. We loved our stay and would recommend. 3 local restaurants if you don’t mind a walk up the hill at the end of your night. In our view car is essential.

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

Wonderful place to stay! Oscar was very helpful with anything we needed! Nothing was a problem! I wanted to book again for next year but it’s full! Which is a testament to how good this property is! Thank you Dave and Oscar for letting us stay at your beautiful property!

We had an amazing holiday at Clio and Nadines villa.... the villa is stunning and it had everything we needed. It is decorated with style and quality bedding etc. plus kitchen is well equipped and fans and aircon standard in all rooms. The outdoor area is lovely with different areas to relax and an outdoor kitchen and gas bbq for dining outside. Moraira is such a lovely holiday destination and the villa made it extra special. We have young kids 4 and 6 and they loved the pool, however be warned there is no 'shallow end' if you have really little ones it is quite a deep pool, but is heated which took the edge off as we were there early in the season. We hope to return to Sunset villa as we loved it ❤️
