We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

We had a great week in this house and it was even better than in the pictures. Would definately recommend it to other people.

We were in town for a wedding with a group of 11 people and Peter’s place was perfect for our occasion. The views were breathtaking and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to sit gather around and have meals together. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus for a group this big. Peter was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond to any messages. The location is great, too — just a short drive away from the centre of Altea and a short walk to the grocery store or down some stairs to the beach. We really enjoyed the electric scooters, too.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

We had an amazing time at the villa. It’s a beautiful area with very scenic views. It’s in a very quiet location just what we needed! the mountains around the villa provided beautiful scenic views. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we required . Very cosy . The pool was well maintained and the outside area was lovely. We had quite a few barbecues in the evening. It is quite hilly around the area, but there was a local Taxi company that we downloaded the app for and booked a taxi if we wanted to go in to the town for a meal/ shopping . It was pretty reasonable about £7.Each way . We didn’t hire a car but it may be an idea too if you are looking to go out and about more. I will definitely be rebooking. It is the perfect holiday if you’re looking for relaxation and meditation away from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you for making our stay so good x

It was everything we wanted from the communication from Javea holiday rentals through to the location and amenities within the casita. We’ll most certainly be back whether it’s here or to one of the other properties they manage.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

A very contemporary villa, spacious and private, lots of bathrooms for a big group of people, every room has a stunning view! Well equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful family holiday and spent precious time together with enough space to not be on top of each other. The pool and outside space is lovely too. Would love to return one day !

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa has a spectacular view and is well kitted out. It would be even better if the other apartments had airconditioning.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

We arrived home today after spending a week in this lovely villa. It was perfect for us as a family of 10 including our grandchildren. The villa was very clean & fresh feeling. It had everything we needed, well stocked. The pool & outdoor area was great, we used BBQ area too. The view from the front terrace was fab, also easy walking to restaurants & bars which was all very good. Lovely beach close by too. Sadie answered all my questions promptly & recommended a transfer company which was very good. We all enjoyed our time in Calpe & would definitely come back to this lovely villa Thank you Sadie

The villa was beautiful. I stayed for my 40th Birthday and I had balloons and a gift box when I arrived. The villa is in a really nice location and is not a far walk from the shops. There is an information pack which was really helpful, and it felt like home from home. Claire was very helpful and responsive. I will definately return in the future

This was our first time visit to Calpe and it certainly wont be our last. We were greeted at the shop to pick up the keys and show us the location of the villa, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The villa is split in two, wity two seperate entrances; the top half has a kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room. The bottom half has 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. As there was 3 of us, we just used the top half. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool is approx 6x3 and is perfect to cool off and float around. We did loose hot water on our second day, but it was quickly fixed when i explained the problem. Fantastic service. It was roughly 1 mile to the beach, we did walk there, but found driving the better option as it was up steep hills coming back and in the heat can feel quite hard. The are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets too, again you can walk within 15 minutes to the closest. Overall, really lovely villa!

Igor's place was perfectly kitted out. large and spacious with great Air-con and facilities. The location is excellent and the views from are 2st floor balcony are very nice. The view from the ground floor were a little restricted due to some trees sadly obscuring the view of the bay. However, these trees will he gone in the next few months and the view will be a huge unrestricted panoramic view of the whole of the peninsula. Stunning. Igor was a great host and communication was very good. Karen met us early to check in and was available via phone throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Property is clean, with lots of amenities, and several dining areas. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Views amazing. Property well located with short drive to beach and local supermarket. We loved our stay and would recommend. 3 local restaurants if you don’t mind a walk up the hill at the end of your night. In our view car is essential.

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.
