Mediterranean escape - No extras - 10m to beach

Hello everyone! We invite you to spend some relaxing time in our charming Ibizan style house with sea motives where we hope you will forget about the daily routine and stressful times. Our guesthouse has 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room-dining room and two bedrooms: 1 double, and the other one, can be adapted according to your needs; double, 2 singles or bunk-beds. Outside you have outdoor furniture to chill out while reading a book, drinking a gin and tonic or eating a meal with your loved ones. Dont´t forget you can use our barbacue and enjoy fresh eggs just laid by our 3 chickens. Please note that we also have a cot and a high-chair available. If you are going to need them, please let us know. Once you are here the options are endless. If you are into sunbathing your days away, this is the place. We are sorrounded by Blue flag beaches less than a ten-minute-walk from the house. In high season you can practise free tai chi and yoga every day, use the library facilites or go to the weekly movies on the beach. For the keen cyclists a trip to the nature reserve of el Desierto de las Palmas is a must, or to cycle along the green way to Oropesa del Mar. In this town you will find Marina 'Or. Other activities avaiblable are: horse riding, hill walking, golf, water sports or to go sight seeing to places as charming as Morella, Villafamés, or Peñíscola, among many others. There is no doubt the summer is a busy time in the area. Many festivals take place in the area. In Benicassim: the reknown FIB (12 al 15 julio), Rothotom (17-24 agosto), Classic guitar festival(30 agosto - 6 septiembre), the lnternational Magdalena festival every year in March, San Juan in June, etc. Our house is situated in a residential area of the sea district of Castellón, el Grao, and at the beginning of the seaside area of Benicassim. This is a quiet area and in a couple of minutes by foot you will be in the seaside zone with restaurants, beach bars, supermarket, etc. Public transport is available near by and within few minutes you can arrive to the heart of Benicassim or to the nearest city, Castellón. In Castellón or Benicassim you can catch trains to anywhere in Spain, Valencia not to be missed and it´s only 1 hour away by train. Castellón is located 278 kms from Barcelona, 76 kms from Valencia and 268 from Alicante. Please note that we have a number of bicycles to be used at your own leisure, ranging in sizes. This is an undiscovered area of Spain by mainstream tourists which has lots to offer and where you could, no doubt, recharge your batteries. Free pick up from airport, train and bus depot, if possible, We are waiting for you. What are you waiting for?

It has a kitchen, living room with bioethanol stove (additional 5€ per litre of fuel) and terrace with fenced garden of 300 square metres with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer, they can carry out adventure activities around the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium - high level). Slide is surrounded by natural spring water fountains with paellers and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the cv-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.
