Cabin vacation rentals in Bemidji

We stayed at Carpenter’s Cabin for a quiet retreat, and it was everything we needed and more. The cabin is beautifully built, with handmade touches that make the space feel like a real sanctuary. We also appreciated the game room (a fun bonus!) and how clean everything was. Hot tub + snow was a real highlight! The hosts were kind and responsive (and they allowed our cat to join us; our fur baby had fun going up and down the stairs). If you’re looking for a place to slow down, this is it. Would absolutely return.

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

My friends and I went up for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and we had a great experience at this place! We had an issue with some of the lights and they sent someone over right away and they got them working. Great communication and beautiful cabin!

It really was what we were looking for. Had plenty of things for the kids to do, and for us all to relax and not have to go a bunch of places to have fun. Very comfortable all the way around. Plenty of space for our family. There was a slight problem with the hot tub, but the host was on it before we even contacted him. It was fixed very quickly and we had no issues after that. Definitely would recommend staying here. I know if we get the chance to get back up to that area, we would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and we can’t wait to go back. Close to another house but felt private. Close to the lake, hot tub was hot when we got there and incredible. We had a fire by the lake which we greatly enjoyed. Comfortable couches and beds. I greatly appreciated not having TVs everywhere and being able to enjoy people over screens. Steve was communicative and proactive.

This was a fantastic place to have a get together with friends!! The host was very responsive and the cabin had plenty of space to play games and hang out! The game shack was a favorite of the group, it was an awesome place to set up larger scale activities!

We had a wonderful weekend in December! Super clean and well kept cabin with a beautiful view of the lake! Very well equipped! We came up to ride the trails in our side by side, plenty of room in the driveway to park our trailer, side by side and our truck. Super easy access to three different trails and the forest trails. Several options for local food, connivence stores and more.

What a cozy, comfy spot to enjoy steamy coffee on the beautiful screened in deck porch overlooking lake, fish from the dock or enjoy a bonfire at sunset on a private little beach! Quiet, clean and relaxing- a perfect getaway! We left an item at The Boathouse and Rob had it in the mail the same day! We look forward to a return visit!

Matt did a great job describing the driveway and including a picture so that we didn’t drive past it. The location is very remote and so peaceful! We had everything we needed to cook yummy meals and were aware ahead of time that there was no dishwasher, which was just fine for two people. The water does have a metallic taste to it, even after being run through a Britta filter, so I would encourage bringing bottled water for coffee/drinking. The stars at night were incredible and watching the sunrise on the dock in the morning was a highlight for me. Would love to come back in the summer and use the canoe! We did some local hiking and loved the Thai food at a local restaurant nearby. WiFi and projector worked great! Highly recommend a couple getaway here to unwind and reconnect.

Love the remodeled Cozy Cabin! Place is awesome for a couple to get away and relax. We will be back schedule permitting!!

The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family, with easy access to a beach and the lake. Great spot for families with kids of all ages. We plan to come back!

Lovely cabin. Clean linens, bathrooms, full size kitchen, living room. The fireplace in winter is an added benefit. Nice location close to Bemidji and Buena Vista ski resort. Great family get away. Though the restaurant isn't open in the winter, the pool and store have limited hours for use.

We had a great time. Sadly we had to leave the fish in the lake they just did not want to come home with us!

I really can't say enough about this place. It was exactly what we have been looking for. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive. Area was great - We had the whole place to ourselves, and it was phenomenal. Plenty of parking and room to move. Would highly recommend to anyone! If you have anything to complain about with this place, you are just one of those that aren't happy with anything. 5 stars all around

Great place, location, view, amenities! Had a little issue with the keypad dying and Brian came right over and gave us a key to during our stay. Bathroom and interior doors could use a little work, but other wise nice place. Clean! Will be back!

Very nice place. Very quiet and relaxing. Host were very friendly.

I went there for my birthday celebration. I was surprised with everything... clear and crisp instructions, proactive thinking. They were very thoughtful to leave kitchen light on as we arrived past midnight. parking onsight infront of Cabin. Kids had lots of activities. Pantoons and Kayaks were well maintained. loved the game room...Even though the place is very near to lake we did not find any mosquitoes. we were star gazing by fireplace and saw northern lights, Meteor showers and shooting stars. The surroundings were serene and not much city lights. The utensils were very thoughtful included crockpot, silver trays,right sized pots. Wifii was very good. we were able to do office work water was tasting good. heaters and AC was good. suited for all round the year. every cabin had own grill. outside picnic tables. Lush greenery, old trees...chirping birds, rabbits, squirrels... really loved. Thank you for making my birthday special. Will be a regular from now on.
