Built in 1884, this 200 m² former winemakers’ house, made of traditional Gironde stone, is located in the heart of Thomas’s wine estate in Saint-Émilion. Independent and surrounded by vineyards, it combines historic charm, modern comfort and authentic character. Your host, Thomas, a local winemaker, offers guided cellar visits and wine tastings upon request. Just 5 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux, it’s the perfect starting point to experience the Bordeaux art of living.

Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or a maximum of three couples can be accommodated. Beds made and towels. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The cottage ( 110 m2) is an old winemaker's house completely renovated in 2018.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
