Fantastic 2-room vacation room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

The quiet apartment invites you to linger and relax. The cozy apartment is located in Beilngries on the outskirts of the city on the quiet canal bank of the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal in the idyllic Altmühl Valley. A tranquil garden surrounds the property and a private seating area complements the panorama. The connection to the Altmühltal Nature Park offers the possibility for numerous sports activities, such as canoeing, biking, hiking, swimming and paragliding.

Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner bath and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is our top priority (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a LAN connection. A car parking is just in front of the house. A public playground is right across the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animal-free.

Visit our little retreat in the middle of the green. The "fisherman's cottage at the monument" is based on our cozy apartment "Fischerhaus im Denkmal". The two accommodations are located in the tranquil Badanhausen, about 3 km from the beautiful town of Beilngries.... in the middle of the Altmühltal Nature Park. You can book the accommodation as a holiday apartment or as a separate accommodation.
