Are you looking for peace and quiet in the countryside and still want to be on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin in 35 minutes or in Potsdam in 20 minutes? Then you've come to the right place in our new apartment in Schäpe. The small village has no through traffic. The area invites you to hike and cycle or you can enjoy the tranquility on the large terrace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Arriving by car is definitely recommended. Many animals such as horses, cats and chickens live here

Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Eco Luxury Loft in Memorial

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

Barn Zauchwitz

My individually equipped 120 sqm apartment with covered terrace and garden area can be rented as an apartment. Zauchwitz is a small village with about 254 inhabitants on Nieplitz in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park and belongs to Beelitz. Surrounded by asparagus fields and other agricultural uses, it is located southwest of Berlin and can be reached from the city in about 40 minutes. Zauchwitz is suitable for nature lovers and people with sporting ambitions.

Our newly renovated and modernly furnished cottage is perfect as a relaxing oasis for couples or families with and without a dog who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city without driving far. With a large fenced natural garden, it is the perfect private retreat in nature. The small village has 2 restaurants, a riding stable and is located in the water bird sanctuary. Relax by the cozy fireplace.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. There is no heating for safety reasons. If you're interested, you can play table tennis, badminton or just relax in the shade or sun.

Residential studio in Waldlage

Living studio in a spacious forest location with bathroom and kitchenette, bedroom, bedroom and living room with sleeping facilities. There is room for a total of up to 8 persons. The house is located in the surrounding area of Berlin (30 minutes by car to the center) and close to Potsdam with its historic old town and Sanssouci Castle (20 minutes by car). Not far away is Seddiner See (15 min walk) with adjoining golf course.
