Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this place with your eyes closed. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Paris was an incredible host - super friendly and always on hand to answer questions. The flat was everything we could have hoped for. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was our favourite.

We had wonderful days in Corinne's great apartment. We felt at home from the first moment! The divorce was actually very difficult for us. The apartment has a great location, right on the sea with a really nice and quiet beach promenade. As a starting point for excursions e.g. to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Grasse, etc., the location is perfect! Directly opposite the residential complex is a large supermarket, which is very beneficial! The apartment is as in the pictures and corresponds completely to the description. It is very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. There's nothing missing. Also the entire residential complex (well secured) is very quiet and well maintained. The rooftop infinitiy pool is a dream come true! The communication with Corinne was very pleasant. From check-in to check-out, everything worked smoothly. Parking in the underground parking was perfect! All in all, it was an absolute dream vacation for us. We'll be back for sure! Thanks, Corinne!

Great place, clean and functional. Located a short walk to the beach with private indoor parking, large outdoor pool and a beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy the outdoor temperature. In addition, our host Brigitte welcomed us in a very warm and passionate way, with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Not to mention that the grocery store is located just across the road, it's ultra convenient. We would highly recommend this condo and would return anytime!

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

the structure is a little dated but well-maintained. Unfortunately, the pool and snack bar were still closed. The strength is the location and private parking. The apartment is impeccable with all the comforts, although very small is well organized. A wonderful terrace overlooking the gulf

It's a beautiful loft with a large terrace. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. It also has a washing machine and lots of towels for the bathroom and for the beach. The place is unparalleled, across the street from the beach and very close to downtown and transportation stops. I love Nice and now more for having discovered this loft, I will be back very soon!

We had a lovely stay at Alain's place, well equipped and functional. Alain is very responsive and available, we even had recommendations for dinner after we arrived late, and breakfast for the next day. Thank you again!

Very nice loft as described in the listing, modern and perfectly equipped. Access to the 2 terraces allows you to both relax in the sun (deckchairs, garden furniture) and enjoy quiet meals. The pool and its surroundings are superb and of course direct beach access is a must. For the practical side, walking distance to the supermarket and surrounding restaurants enhance the stay. I highly recommend this rental and its host who is very responsive and professional as well as Matthieu who took care of the check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We had a great holiday at this property. It is comfortable and very practical. It's mostly in a great location. You can get there by train. Otherwise, we put the car in the parking lot and everything can be done on foot or by train. Two minutes from "Carnoles - Roquebrune" train station, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops on foot. The whole was very clean and we were able to communicate with the owners very easily via messaging. In short, I recommend it. Be careful, the apartment is not big, so you have to be organized to be able to spend time there for 4 people.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

The location is incredible. So close to town but quietly set on the side of a cliff. I would suggest paying for the lift which was an extra $50 at the bottom of the lift you will find a bar, and plenty of beach to explore. When we were not at the beach or in town, we were outside on the incredible patio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, looking back at France and enjoying every Bit of nature we could. The inside of the condo looks dated and old, the kitchen is very small, but we barely spent any time inside. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It was sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay! The studio has everything you might need and Alexandra was very responsive and helpful, a great host!
