Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

The views from Villa Elaia were nothing short of spectacular from the Mediterranean Sea (panoramic view from Nice to Cannes) in front to the mountains in back, in a peaceful neighborhood, well sheltered and private and in walking distance to a gorgeous, medieval, artisan village and everything it had to offer. We loved absolutely everything about this magnificent villa; from the spaces: the comfortable & large living inside and outdoors along the expansive terrace, the tastefully decorated bedrooms, ample bathrooms, gardens, terraces, amazing pool, and fantastic kitchen & dining areas both inside and out. It was perfect for a family reunion. Sophie and her team were delightful and responsive. Book this place, you won’t have any regrets!

We had a great week in Villeneuve-Loubet at Thierry's place. Beautiful and friendly setting with very good accessibility to activities around. We had a small problem on the first day that Thierry immediately came to correct, thank you so much for this stay and your responsiveness!

The place is actually even more fantastic! Idyllic, quiet, super located for an absolutely relaxing vacation. Rachel helped us with everything and was so incredibly great. We had a very nice week's vacation in this rental. The children were able to enjoy the outdoors to play. The house is very well located in the region and offers multiple options for walks on the sea side and inland. Thanks to Jacques for all these tips and friendly exchanges!

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

This sheepfold renovated in a contemporary style is very charming, very well equipped and quietly located. Nothing to complain about also on the cleanliness of the premises upon arrival. In addition, Marine and Anthony are responsive and respond to the slightest request/request for advice. In conclusion, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Nice and its hinterland.

Location is great as a short walk to promenade/beach and restaurant and shopping all within a few minutes. Did not feel touristy. Luisa’s home had everything we needed with grocery stores close by. Also convenient was parking nearby which allowed us to go in and out for day trips to Monte Carlo, etc.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here while she competed in the Ironman World Championship. Very conveniently located, comfortable space, great hosts.

The apartment is comfortable for four adults. Location right next to the ocean, beautiful scenery. The downstairs boulangerie is brilliant, delicious produce, and friendly service. It is easy to get around from the nearby by bus and train along the Cote d'Azur. Jose and Catherine are friendly and flexible hosts.

A cozy little studio, the couch pulls out easily to make a comfortable double bed. it has a lot of charm, a beautiful marble fireplace mantle & two French doors and a table to sit out on a terrace to have your morning coffee or evening aperitif! A couple of blocks towards the water there is a tram station that can take you directly to place Garibaldi or The port! And it is very walkable to the train station to visit other towns like antique or Monaco, etc. and if you go above the train station, there is liberation Square, which has a wonderful market in the mornings. And the main shopping street is also only minutes away, but it is a quiet area to make a good stay in NICE. Also, it helps to have the elevator with your luggage, but it’s easy to walk downstairs.

It was a pleasure staying here. The apartment is a little gem in the heart of the town. It’s perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Amandine is a very kind and helpful host. Thank you 🙏

Location is amazing with everying just outside the door. The apartment was modern and clean and the host super nice. Perfect spot to explore the city and old town.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

We really enjoyed our time at Paul's apartment. Plenty of space, good amenities and great views!

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!
