Très bel appartement dans une résidence au calme. La piscine est un réel plus et la terrasse est belle et spacieuse. Accueil très sympathique de Roland. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Boulangerie, rôtisserie et pizzeria à proximité.

Super séjour, l’environnement est magnifique et calme, la résidence est bien placée. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Cindy est une hôte réactive et attentionnée.

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Sylvie et son époux ont été adorables. Vue magnifique depuis le logement et environnement très calme et agréable. Une des chambres et les pièces d'eau sont borgnes, mais on a passé l'essentiel du temps où nous étions dans le logement dans le séjour et la cuisine qui, comme la chambre au lit double, donnent sur la terrasse arborée et donc la vue. Logement bien équipé et très agréable. Les escaliers ajoutent au charme du lieu: faut pas oublier le pain, mais c'est largement faisable en prenant son temps même avec des bagages. Petit plus: le bus s'arrête en bas des escaliers.

Endroit formidable, propre et fonctionnel. Situé à deux pas de la plage avec stationnement intérieur privé, grande piscine extérieur et un très beau balcon pour se détendre et profiter de la température extérieure. De plus, notre hôte Brigitte nous a accueillis de façon très chaleureuse et passionnée, avec beaucoup de recommandations de choses à faire dans les environs. Sans oublier que l'épicerie est située juste de l'autre côté de la route, c'est ultra pratique. Nous recommandons fortement ce condo et nous y retournerions n'importe quand!

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

la struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta bene. Purtroppo la piscina e lo snack bar erano ancora chiusi. Il punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort, anche se molto piccolo è ben organizzato. fiore all'occhiello è un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul golfo

The accommodation is great. A quiet neighborhood and a clean building. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and more. No broken or worn things. The pool and the beautiful view are also real assets. We would recommend it to everyone.

Es un loft precioso con una amplia terraza. La cama muy cómoda y la cocina y baño con todo lo que se necesita. También tiene lavadora y muchas toallas para el baño y para la playa. El lugar es inigualable, enfrente de la playa y muy cerca del centro y paradas de transporte. Amo Niza y ahora mas por haber conocido este loft, regresaré muy pronto!

Très beau loft tel que décrit dans l'annonce, moderne et parfaitement équipé. L'accès aux 2 terrasses permet à la fois de se détendre au soleil (transats, salon de jardin) et de prendre les repas au calme. La piscine et son environnement sont superbes et bien sûr l'accès direct à la plage est un must. Pour le côté pratique, l'accès à pied au supermarché et aux restaurants alentours agrémentent le séjour. Je recommande fortement cette location et son hôte qui est très réactif et professionnel ainsi que Matthieu qui s'est occupé de l'accueil et du départ. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Maison très spacieuse, au calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine de bonne taille pour une grande famille et cerise sur le gâteau « réchauffable », ce qui est très agréable en début ou en fin de saison pour pouvoir en profiter.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The location is incredible. So close to town but quietly set on the side of a cliff. I would suggest paying for the lift which was an extra $50 at the bottom of the lift you will find a bar, and plenty of beach to explore. When we were not at the beach or in town, we were outside on the incredible patio overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, looking back at France and enjoying every Bit of nature we could. The inside of the condo looks dated and old, the kitchen is very small, but we barely spent any time inside. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It was sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay! The studio has everything you might need and Alexandra was very responsive and helpful, a great host!
