Vacation rentals with a patio in Beachwood

My son and I stayed there for a little family reunion get together. We were 10 minutes from my family. Apartment the apartment was so cute. The area was really nice and quaint. The best part was coming back home and sitting on the balcony. And just enjoying the neighborhood.. it was really hard to leave. There are a lot of stores and places to eat and walking distance. A melting pot of history in that area. Even if you wanna go downtown, you could take the train. The station is maybe five minutes away. The location was great - very walkable to anything at Case Western or Little Italy. The parking space was awesome - easy to access, off the street and you didn't have to worry about others who parked there.

We were in Cleveland for College graduation. Great location, walkable to everything we needed to do. Great restaurants, bars, stores around this location. Room was as described in listing, check in and check out easy. Building clean and security great going in and out. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others visiting the Cleveland area. You will be very satisfied.

This was my first ever stay at an Airbnb……It was everything I saw when I looked through pictures, decided to booked and then some!!! My 1 & only bothersome was other tenants of the property used the front porch to hang out on & smoke…. Just made it feel awkward to sit outside to regroup & relax …. at times you could hear them talking through front windows…but again I knew it wasn’t a completely private location when I booked soo I was by no means upset. Also I do not think this reflected poorly on my host but would be something I would want to mention to me if I was the homeowner - I actually have to return to the area in October & once I have the dates will keep my fingers crossed this location is available again!!!! This was our second time staying at Jill’s place and we loved it just as much as the first time! Super convenient location, lots of parking, walkable to tons of great restaurants, coffee places, & shops!

Grave was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times. She's super friendly and the home was peaceful, spacious, and worth more than I paid!

Anthony was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and very flexible as I needed a little extra TLC when booking. Anthony accommodated our pet request and was flexible when we needed to add an extra day at the last minute. Highly recommend staying here while you're in Cleveland! Thank you!!

Destiny was an amazing host! The place was nice and cozy. The only issue I had was parking is terrible and the outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working so it interrupted me getting ready. Still a 5-star stay! Thanks Destiny!

Stayed here with some old college friends. The place was clean and very spacious. The location was great, just a short drive to Case campus, Little Italy, and other neighborhoods with important amenities. We had some issues with the lock code, but Kate was very responsive and was able to resolve the issue quickly. We definitely would return for another visit.

We had a great time staying at Stephen and Amy’s place! We picked it because of its proximity to CVNP. And also because of the peacocks…they were definitely a unique aspect that I’ve never encountered at an AirBnB. The place was clean, well appointed, and had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4 with two little ones. Also, the grounds are beautiful! We enjoyed eating meals outside in their various outdoor seating areas, sitting on the swinging bench by the small koi pond—our 2 year old had a blast feeding the koi—and soaking in the hot tub at night. All in all one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area.

The place was great. We booked it last minute as we are traveling across country and they were very responsive. I had questions about the safety of my vehicle and they allowed us to park in their private driveway in the back of the house. The house was clean, but more importantly, as an Airbnb Frequent user, it’s the little things that mattered most. The pillows were plush, the bed was firm, the water pressure was perfect and the hot water and thermostat worked flawlessly. The owners were great and sent a long note with local recommendations for food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to the lake and the park on the waterfront which my dog really appreciated. About a 15 minute drive to the Rock and roll hall of fame and downtown. The price was great for the value and I know I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area!

Great place and great host

Staying in Ryan’s home was a wonderful experience for us. Everything in the home is so well thought out and carefully chosen. You can tell a lot of heart went into it. We loved every detail, and exploring the homes unique space was perfect, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was very peaceful and Ryan gave great local food recommendations! The beds were all quite comfortable, with a great selection of pillows, and the linens were all very nice. The home was clean and very welcoming!The kitchen was fantastic, spacious and perfect for our meals and morning coffee. The filtered water in the fridge was a nice touch, and a welcoming gift was left which was very thoughtful. Ryan was a wonderful host, he was helpful and kind, going above and beyond for us and ensuring our comfort during our stay. We would most certainly stay again if ever in the area!

What a nice place. Place is prettier than the pictures listed. We had a fabulous time and our host was beyond amazing. Such a sweatheart. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back here. We have been going to different Airbnb’s and my siblings said this was the nicest place. This place is truly special, especially if you are visiting the area for surgical recovery. I had a surgery done and wanted a place that felt like home while allowing me to not have to drive almost 4 hours home the day of surgery. What I found is a group of individuals who are responsive, take great pride in the homes they rent out, and who have great compassion for those renting from them. They will be my go to hosts whenever I am in Cleveland and Columbus going forward.

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.

The condo was great! Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing . Mike was very responsive, even though we didn't need much extra help. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Very clean and tidy room, quiet surroundings, and a very comfortable stay overall. Kyle was easy to talk to and very friendly. Bronny was incredibly cute, and I wish I had more time to play with him. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
