My parents stayed at Jessica’s place for two months, and they were extremely comfortable and satisfied. The space is not large, but it is well-equipped with everything they needed. The heating system worked great and warmed up quickly, which was perfect for the winter months. Jessica was an amazing host—very responsible and incredibly responsive, always replying to messages almost instantly. She even kept us informed about snow removal for the driveway, which was really thoughtful. Communication was effortless, and she made everything easy for us. The neighborhood is also super quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is quaint and perfect for a short to medium stay and has a few nice places both to eat and to get groceries only 5-10 minute drive away, with the twin cities only an hours drive away and easily accessible! Me and my friends had a lot of fun just hanging out in the apartment as well, as there's entertainment available. There are tracks nearby, though, and the train does not pass by quietly (it honks a lot) so if you're sensitive to sounds at night, bring earplugs.
