Schöne 1 ZKB, 34 qm, Wohnraum, Küche, Balkon, Bad. Bett 1,80m Breite, Couch, die auch mal für ein Kind geht (keine Bettcouch). Ideal für 1 oder 2 Personen (plus ggf. 1 Kind). Stauraum ist genug da, um auch 4 Wochen zu bleiben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, geräumige Dusche, Waschtrockner. Lage: Gastro: 1 Min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1,1 km, Elbe 100 m, Straßenbahn 100 m, Supermarkt 100 m. Das Apartment befindet sich im obersten Geschoss, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider noch nicht.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt im schönen kleinen Städtchen Radeberg, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Dresden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie Zug und Bus sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und bringen Sie direkt in das alte, barocke Stadtzentrum von Dresden mit seinen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch in die Sächsische Schweiz, nach Moritzburg oder zu einem der vielen anderen Highlights in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Stadtnähe und viel Natur

Die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist durch ein großzügig gestaltetes Treppenhaus zu erreichen. Ein Vorraum bietet die Möglichkeit der Ablage von Straßenbekleidung und Schuhen. Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist eine Terrasse zum Sitzen im Freien. Der Blick ist in Richtung Weide und Wiese. Auf festen Untergrund kann gegrillt (Waldbrandwarnstufe beachten) oder auf der angrenzenden Wiese Sport betrieben werden. Die ruhige Atmosphäre ermöglicht viel Erholung.

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.
