There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

In addition to space for up to 4 guests, the flat offers variable sliding walls that allow you to customise the room. In the morning, you can have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Obersitzer Bergland.
