We have placed special emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive amenities. The cottage is rurally idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.

You can expect a quiet, completely new furnished accommodation in 2024 that is not missing anything. The apartment is located in the back of the ground floor of an apartment building and is therefore absolutely quiet. Since we love to travel ourselves, it was very important for us to equip the apartment so that we feel comfortable ourselves. The extensive amenities speak for itself. Despite the quiet location, all shops serving daily needs and restaurant are only 5 minutes away by car.

Everywhere, attention has been paid to good quality and loving details. Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bamberg, Würzburg, the Steigerwald, Franconian Switzerland,... are within easy reach. Beate's accommodation is very nice, it all seemed new! The garden was perhaps the most beautiful! Very nicely decorated with plants and playfully arranged with a barefoot path and a small beach! We stayed for a short period, for a longer period we would miss a freezer! For us, this did not cause any further inconvenience during the stay! The kitchen is very well equipped with stuff and the bathroom has a lovely warm shower! In terms of price/quality, this is probably the best you will find on all of Airbnb!

Very nice basement apartment. Everything is clean and tea, cereals and dishwasher tabs were also provided. Communication with Harald was very good, he was very friendly and accommodating.
