The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

We had a great stay, our children were often able to swim and we could sit and dine in the garden. The cat and turtles came by regularly. In the house you can find everything you need. Sophia is very nice and responds very quickly. The cottage is not big (as you can also see in the pictures) and is quite noisy, the kids woke up when my husband started making coffee, but we later came up with something to do, put the coffee maker in the bathroom:) we enjoyed it very much and the weather was beautiful

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Lily's place is very nice. It is well arranged and tastefully furnished. The terrace was a treat at the end of the day in a quiet environment. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the metro. Great for us to return to Paris. Lily is very nice, responsive and all her little touches made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back!

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

We are going to Paris for my cousin's concert and very frankly Baboune's husband welcomed us very warmly, he offered us tea upon arrival, the accommodation was clean and the photos of the accommodation corresponded to the real accommodations!! Our stay at Olivia & Dom's place went wonderfully well. The space is impeccable. Very clean, charming, easily accessible by metro and tram from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with the ability to park a vehicle easily. Shops nearby. The garden and spacious terrace are pleasant. Perfect for a large family.

A big thank you to Olivier for his kindness and hospitality during our stay! The space was sparkling clean and very pleasant, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. Lovely place close to the train, as described in the listing. Bakery and supermarkets within walking distance. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The contact with Emilie and Nicolas was very nice, and a later check-out was also no problem. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
