What an absolutely fabulous home Emeric has allowed us to stay in. Everything in the apartment is first class, there are so many extraordinary, eclectic pieces to captivate the imagination, you really know you’re in Paris - the view of the Eiffel Tower is even better than in the photographs. Emeric himself is a gem. He was so welcoming, helpful & kind explaining everything in detail, taking so much time to welcome us & even came to help us with our bags when we left. Emeric answered any queries within minutes & helped us with booking appointments- as we don’t speak French. I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable home which is surrounded by restaurants & public transport. Thank you Emeric for all your help. We loved our stay. Lee, John & Judy

Great apartment - the photos definitely don’t do the apartment justice, particularly the living area which was really homely and large. Sophie greeted us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. We were a family of four and stayed for four night. The location is great right at the foot of montmarte, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The apartment was quiet most nights other than one party nearby, but that’s to be expected in a city! The two toilets and showers were really useful - but note that the toilet downstairs is not the most private just having a shutter that is not fixed to the wall and a curtain covering the bedroom door. We would definitely look to stay again

Overall a good place to stay, much bigger than the photos it’s a little out of the way which is nice, but can take 20-40 mins by Uber to get to the Eiffel Tower or close by in Paris For the area it’s quite good, and there are lots of stores, vintage stores with good prices, restaurants & the canal is close by to sit next to and enjoy coffee/pastries The place was nice, it’s like a collection of very cool items that make you feel like you’re an authentic Parisian but it was a little dusty & there wasn’t any toilet paper left, other than that I felt very welcome and secure :)

Our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as one could hope for. The space was warm and elegant, both functional and beautiful, imbued with the generous spirit of a loving family. The spacious living quarters with large windows onto the street are a fine contrast to the quiet accommodations of the bedrooms, which have many books for parents to read to their children. In the vicinity there are numerous places to eat and quietly enjoy the neighborhood life. The host was eminently helpful and always available, with many great suggestions that helped make our stay feel genuinely Parisian and not merely as a tourist rushing through the week. We are very grateful for our wonderful stay!

A fantastic spot to base our visit to Paris. So close to so many Metro lines, a super easy walk to Ile De La Cite and the other bank. And the setting of the apartment and the thoughtful touches like the automated shutters guaranteed a very peaceful night’s sleep after a long day of seeing the sights. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so beautiful and cozy and made our time in Paris so relaxing. we loved having wine and coffee by the fire and enjoyed the piano and the beautiful art. The neighborhood was central and enjoyable and didn't have too many tourists. It was close to a metro station and easy to get around. Lots to do in the area if you need a break from the busy spots! The place was clean and well stocked. Yasmina was responsive and helpful and so accommodating. If we ever come back we would love to stay here again! Highly recommend 😊

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is full of charm—spacious, light, and inviting. The location was the best part. It’s away from the touristy areas, in a vibrant, hip neighborhood that really felt like local Paris. So many great food options just outside the door—French, Asian, Italian, American—and an amazing bakery/café down the street. There’s a playground nearby for kids, and the metro is super close (though we mostly walked everywhere). The area felt very safe and relaxed, perfect for settling in. Bonus points for the separate washer and dryer, and a kitchen stocked with everything you’d need—including a great blender! It truly felt like a place you could live comfortably. Highly recommend!

Cosy and charming house in "le Marais"

The photos do not do this place justice. Too often we book Airbnb’s that are effectively hotels with decor that’s clearly done so in a way to just rent out. When all you want is the real Airbnb experience. And this is just that! We had a bit of a nightmare travel that day and so arrived much later than expected. As we finally approached the home, we were welcomed to the most magical lighting throughout the home. We just had to explore all the beautiful decor - which is stunning. Plus the bottle of wine waiting for us was the loveliest touch. We were travelling with our children and the bedrooms were ideal. Kids were encouraged to explore and play with the toys; I think they had more fun exploring the home than the city itself. Location is ideal! The neighbourhood is full of great options so we didn’t feel we needed to venture far in the evening. And honestly, we couldn’t wait to get back, open the front door and sit in the mews courtyard with a glass of wine! C’était parfait!

I really enjoyed my stay here. There is a truly fantastic park just around the corner which is big enough to roam for hours and peaceful enough to forget that you're just a 30 minute train ride from the centre of Paris. The park (great for a picnic) also offers excellent wide views over the city skyline, with the Eiffel Tower and Sacre-Coeur clearly visible. The bed area might be challenging if you are a tall person but thankfully I'm average so it was just fun. I didn't manage to experience the fireplace as it was great sunny weather all week. Oh and there were plenty of coffee pods, which was a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated this quiet part of the city. You can relax when you need to or easily hop into Paris from the station which is only a few minutes away.
