We enjoyed the layout and decoration as well as the location. Everything is planned to make you feel at home. The camp is very quiet. We'll be sure to talk about it around us. The welcome is very warm. There's nothing missing from the chalet.

Absolutely perfect, in every way. The house is located in a peaceful haven but with everything you need within 5 min drive, ideal for enjoying a peaceful evening after a day at the beach or walking. Our 3-year-old daughter felt at home there, which was especially convenient on rainy days. I recommend it without reservation, and our hotel was extremely pleasant and responsive. Thank you again for this relaxing vacation.

Very nice stay with friends! Everything is done to have a good time: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games available. The rooms are cozy and the place is very quiet. Communication with Martin and Marion was very fluid and the range of services offered is very wide: taxi, massage, delivery of pastries and bread… The evening meal prepared by Martin was excellent. We went to spend the weekend with the family, 3 couples with 2 children. The house is much better than it looks in photos, it has incredible views, we were delighted so much by space, cleanliness, house amenities. It has a great fireplace, radiant heating, bathtub and hydromassage shower. Tomás and Izaskun are lovely have advised us what route to do and which to visit, they are very attentive and friendly. The house has BBQ outside on a covered snack. There is Ping pong, and terrain for children to play inside the grounds of the house. It was great and we hope to come back. For me personally the best rural stay I've had.

we had 3 great weeks even if the weather was not nice, the place makes you feel good and chill. 5 minutes from the 1st beaches, on foot or bike for the Landes forests, close to the village with a small simple and efficient market on Wednesdays. Good communication with the renters of their own house. Solene, Olivier and the kids are adorable. It's a plus for the stay.

Short stay but very nice stay. Upon our arrival Oihana had left us everything prepared and two beds so that the dogs were at home, with chuches and stuffed animals!!! She had also left us a very rich cake to eat. The house was very cozy and had everything you need to spend a few days in it. Communication with oihana at all times very easy and always very friendly. We will be back for sure.

quiet stay, house in a very good location near the beaches.m, the nearest "les.oceanides" with its very nice Soweto restaurant is less than 5min drive. possibility to get there by bike without problem. small pool in the residence just to swim because no deckchair to relax which is a little unfortunate. We enjoyed it a lot and had a great time. The area is superb. Christine is very responsive and friendly. We'll be back with great pleasure!!! Note: don't worry about bugs because lots of mosquitoes (night and day) and spiders...

Fermin and Amelia are awesome. We are so thankful for their hospitality and their lovely home. Etxalar is amazing. One of the most beautfiful towns we have visited. Fermín y Amelia son increíbles. Estamos muy agradecidos por su hospitalidad y su encantadora casa. Etxalar es espectacular. Uno de los pueblos más bonitos que hemos visitado.

It's just like you see in the photos. Very private and well-maintained mirror pool pool. The animals nearby barely heard very little and never woke us up. We spent a family week very hot and having the pool has been a luxury! For a glitch, the nearby road has more traffic than we thought and at times prevents you from hearing the wonderful sounds of the forest, but nothing important! Catherine is super kind and understanding and does a great job! If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure!!!

Great large house with a very nice heated swimming pool. Stunning views from the house. Located in a nice little town with lots of restaurants to choose within walking distance of the house. House is 15 minutes drive to the stunning seaside town of St Jean De Luz. Biarritz and San Sebastián also within 40 mins drive. Comfortably slept our group of 10 and would recommend. We hope to return in future.

We could only enjoy two days of the house and the area but we want to come back with more time as we loved the area. We found what we expected and that is always satisfactory.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, but still very close to the ocean and its known cities. Jacqueline welcomed us to her place for one night, everything was ready when we arrived. We were able to put our bags down and go for a walk directly in Capbreton.

What a beautiful hidden gem surprise! Dominic is a super host, caring and always there when you need her. The cottage is located in an area full of French country essence , and it is decorated with all short of beautiful local details which help you to live the French experience in full. We will definitely try to come back!

Spacious and bright house in a very pleasant environment even in winter! Very functional kitchen that allows for nice family gatherings. Beautiful rooms with very comfortable bedding which allows everyone to rest well and isolate themselves if necessary. Sebastien's tips made our stay easy. We highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay, Delphine and her husband are very welcoming, the accommodation has more than necessary in terms of amenities, the outdoor area is very nice and peaceful, no noise, perfect quiet place to relax. Ideal location close to all the places of interest on the Basque coast (cities to visit, beaches within 15 minutes, Spain, etc.). We would definitely stay again and can only recommend this place :)

Christiane has been super friendly. The house as seen in the listing, we have been with our children, in total 5 and very comfortable. She left everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. The porch overlooks the golf course, you can tour the village by bike with children without danger. Beach, lake, shops, restaurants, everything close. A great stay, we'll be back

third stay at Virginia's without any problem. The location allows walking around the lake and to reach the beach. Apartment located in the quiet of the residence.

A beautiful house, equipped with everything you need. Very well appointed hosts. Very quiet location, but good starting point for the area.

We had a pleasant stay with the goats and chickens. The place was super suitable for our 2 year old who loved sleeping for the first time in a small bed. The bike paths allowed us to walk and move to the azure lakes, to the lake on the Soustons side or to the beaches without taking the car which is very nice. The only downside is the bed a little too small for my spouse of 1.95. But we would still come back without any hassle🙂.
