Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Our swimming pool is heated from May to September. It is located in a peaceful setting, 8 minutes by car from Biarritz train station, 12 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Bayonne, 35 minutes from San Sebastian.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
