Spread over 3 floors, it consists of a large, bright living/dining room with a modern open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms including 1 independent studio with kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a garage. Our swimming pool is heated from May to September. It is located in a peaceful setting, 8 minutes by car from Biarritz train station, 12 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Bayonne, 35 minutes from San Sebastian.
