Communication with Gael was extremely easy. Although he was out of town, co-hosts Angelo and Alessandro were super cordial and attentive. We really felt at home. We would definitely come back a million times!!!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Charming living room, bedroom and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely worth repeating. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

We originally planned to stay at Bryan’s place over the weekend just to explore nearby Florence, but the charm of his home completely stole the show. Florence felt like the cherry on top instead of the other way around. Nestled in a huge, lush garden bursting with hundreds of flowers and all kinds of trees, and staying in a cozy apartment that felt like a little museum, we had such a wonderful, memorable experience that left us feeling truly happy. Bryan was not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Next time we’re in Florence or any nearby town, there’s no question - we’ll be coming back here!

Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

Very nice accommodation, beautiful complex with large garden/pool and great location for activities nearby by car (including San Gimignano, Florence, Siena) as well as good accessibility to restaurants in the area (e.g. in San Gimignano). The apartment is well furnished and equipped with the essentials for a few days' stay (including kitchen, bathroom). We can recommend the place without further ado. The only point: if you have booked the apartment in the host's house, you must be able to accept the noise of the house (even in the middle of the night).

We had the great pleasure of staying at Marcos Airbnb and it was a fantastic experience! The apartment is simply beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The fantastic views were particularly impressive – whether at breakfast or in the evening, the views were a highlight at any time of the day. Marco was very friendly, attentive and helpful from the beginning. He was always available for questions or small concerns and gave us valuable tips in the area. You immediately notice that he cares very much about the well-being of his guests. The residence is perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday. It is quiet, but at the same time in a good location for excursions to the region. The apartment is clean, modern and tastefully decorated – you immediately feel at home. We highly recommend this place and look forward to next time!

We loved the stay with the family. They are friendly and helped us with everything. The appartment is beautiful and the garden and pool are out of this world. We want to go again very soon ❤️ make sure to stay over the weekend to enjoy their delicious restaurant and wine ❤️

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

Beautiful and peaceful location nestled between olive trees and vineyards, right in the heart of nature. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy scenic walks through the surrounding hills. It's about a 45–50 minute walk down to Greve, and the charming medieval village of Montefioralle is also within walking distance, with a small but nice selection of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, with fans in the main rooms and a functional, fully stocked kitchen. The garden and outdoor area are a real highlight too - especially the lovely terrace, perfect for dining and relaxing. But the true highlight of our stay were Tamara & Luciano! We've rarely met such warm and welcoming hosts. From the very beginning, they made us feel at home, greeted us with open arms, treated us with homemade culinary touches, and were always available if we needed anything. We felt completely at ease and would love to come back anytime.

The accommodations matched the description, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the backyard views were stunning.

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

Carolina’s home is possibly the most beautiful we have ever stayed. From a well stocked kitchen to views of local vineyards, it really has it all. Carolina was responsive and a brilliant host. I can’t wait to make a trip back here!
