We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Leonardo’s place was the stuff Tuscan dreams are made of. When you think of a beautiful authentic Tuscan getaway, this is it! Leonardo was super quick to respond when we had questions. He had left us wine and cheese and helpful information as well. Just FYI -The bedrooms and bathrooms were up a narrow stair case so we just left our suitcases downstairs which worked out fine for us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. We stayed out in the lounge chairs and hammocks for hours; if you walk down into the olive groves and to the right, you can see the sunset over the incredible Tuscan hills. Our only issue was finding it both times we drove in - the first day, we took a wrong turn and ended up on a one-lane dirt road but miraculously came out on the main road and found it easily from there. Coming home from Siena the next day, we took a different route so then got confused. But these inconveniences were outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!!

A place to truly feel Tuscany. Beautiful place, with all the necessary amenities. Very good taste in modern and functional design, and at the same time beautiful. It has shops a few minutes away by car. It's a dream place to be.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

We enjoyed Maria's great house. We were kindly welcomed by Maria and her family, where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious cake. We were with 6 adults. There's plenty of room. It's nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful area with a wonderful swimming pool between the olive trees and it is really equipped with every comfort. Very nice is also the charger for the electric car. We picked up fresh bread every morning from the local baker in the village 5 minutes away by car. Good base for the beautiful cities such as Lucca, Siena, Florence. The beach is also great. We felt very much at home. Maria and family, thank you for the great time in your beautiful home.

Paradise on earth - for both nature lovers and wine lovers alike! The natural beauty of Alexandra's airbnb cannot be described by words... from the views and organic landscaping, to the sunrise, sunset, and peaceful atmosphere, this place will take your breath away. The proximity to Montalcino and the surrounding wineries is fantastic! We were able to walk to town and were only a short drive away from multiple wineries. We chose to take advantage of the outdoor grille and kitchen to cook most of our meals from home. Thank you Alex for the recommendation to head to Buonconvento (the town near montalcino - a 10minute drive) for the large grocery store we utilized to stock the kitchen! Both Alex and Michelangelo were helpful hosts when needed, but gracious enough to allow full privacy - even though they live in the attached larger home, you would never know. The 4 days we stayed here were 100% the highlight of our trip! I am grateful they share this space with the world!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! I really enjoyed my stay. Love the family. Love the property. I had it booked for two months and found out that since I was going towards Spainish visa I have to go back to Spain and complete 183 days per year. Italy was not included in my stay. But, I had a wonderful time at his home. It was great feeding their pet chicken. Everyone including Nona was helpful and Lorenzo also and the daughter. I would definitely go back. My Service Dog Willow loved the yard and neighbors. The only thing that was bad was the weather. It was so hot I felt like I was going to pass out sometimes walking back uphill. But, then again I’m 65 years old and now I know to come back in cooler weather or only go out between 6 am to 11 am. Or wait until nightfall. The rates are great if you rent for the entire month. And thank you for maintaining the yard So beautiful. We both loved it. Thanks again to all the family. 😘

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

This place is beautiful and peaceful, great location with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Chiara was a great host and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation is delightful, there is nothing around, total relaxation, the pool is the icing on the cake. The house is very nice, two very comfortable bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms. I am very satisfied, I will be back.

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

We have enjoyed our stay in Benabbio for 2 weeks. We came for peace and good weather and we got it. The cottage was perfect: it was very private, the view was beautiful, the garden colorful and has several places to spend time outside, so we went out quite a bit because it was so good. It was a nice contact with Luca, who will be ready if necessary and give tips. Recommend!

The porcupine's den is surrounded by greenery, we were looking for peace and tranquility and that's what we found. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the porch because the day was gray but I am convinced that in the summer it is a small paradise with the pool, barbecue and all the surrounding greenery. We found the house clean and equipped with everything, even the pan for chestnuts, the spacious bathroom and with a very useful anteroom for luggage. Getting there is easy and Massimo was very kind and very helpful, really an exquisite person. A stay to recommend.

Beautiful location for visiting Tuscany. Very welcoming host. Full of attention upon arrival. Apple cake, bottle of spumente and chianti and homemade vino santo. And peach marmalade. Pampered like royalty. Great private pool. Place to recommend

We chose this accommodation in the area because it was fenced, this allowed us to keep our 2 dogs free as at home and it was a vacation for them too. Enrico is very kind, precise and helpful in suggesting places to visit in line with our needs.
