Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

Piero and Dolli are excellent hosts, despite the inconvenience of the language, since we do not speak Italian, they helped us a lot with their recommendations. The location of Poggibonsi is ideal to come and go in a day to nearby places of interest. I would be happy to come back.

The room is just as described in the photos. We were very comfortable. The bed was good, the bathroom was a little small, especially the shower. But it had everything. The entrance to the room was no problem. Francesco immediately showed us how to enter. He gave us a few directions for dinner, lunch or a drink. Super attentive when you needed any directions for anything. The stay was very good. The only bad thing is that being on the first floor you can hear all the noises from the street, especially the bar downstairs. Even so, we slept very well

The Airbnb felt just like home. We absolutely loved it. Everything was super clean, the view was amazing, and everyone we came across was so kind. The host is incredibly, genuinely kind — the kind of person you just wish the best for. He replies quickly, gives clear directions, and the place is really easy to find. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We were guests in Alessandra's B&B for 3 nights, she was very kind, friendly and helpful. Dedicated parking space, clean room equipped with all the necessary amenities, good and abundant breakfast, Alessandra was so kind as to let us have breakfast even after having gone over the scheduled time. Absolutely recommended.

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

George is a kind and helpful person, he assisted us from the first minute we arrived in his accommodation. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Super recommended!!

My husband and I stayed for two nights, I wish it could have been more. This place is just perfect. The room was comfortable and clean. The bedding incredibly soft and well maintained. Truly the bed was amazing, so comfortable. We set out on the balcony, enjoyed a glass of wine and red our books, it was perfect. The breakfasts were tasty and thoughtful. The attention to detail that the hosts provide is extraordinary. We truly loved our stay and will suggest it for our friends and family when they visit Lucca.

I've only been there one night, but it exceeded my expectations. The place is quiet, very nice, postcard-perfect, a house hanging on top of a mountain in the Apennines, between Castel dell'Alpi and San Benedetto Val di Sembro. The room is complete, cozy, you sleep well. The views are beautiful. And Nina, the host, was attentive to everything from before our arrival; flexible with the check-in time, and prepared a delicious Italian coffee. The continental breakfast included in the price is not 5, but 6 stars. And not only that, but the host also gives all kinds of information about hiking and places to visit in the area. It is recommended for those who like nature and want to do stages of the Via Degli Dei (which due to unfortunate circumstances of my trip, I have not been able to do). The atmosphere at breakfast time is familiar, cozy, Nina gives conversation and makes you feel right at home. 100% recommended. The only drawback is the access. Narrow and bumpy mountain road. Be careful

An absolute delight to stay at Casacenti for our Sienna visit. Stefano and Piero were friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. Very clear checkin instructions and very flexible. We throughly enjoyed the gold room which was sparkling clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast service, especially the delicious croissants and excellent coffee with friendly hosts offering local assistance. Location was excellent. A short walk from the main square and also well located for car parking. As an Airbnb host myself I really appreciated our stay and would not hesitate to visit again and to recommend to others. This was the sixth town we visited on this trip and far and away the best accommodation experience!

We were very comfortable at Lorenzo's, both Lorenzo and his sister were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a great time staying there. Comfortable rooms and bathroom, very clean and well equipped. We had a little trouble in the kitchen with the stove, but Lorenzo was helpful in solving it right away. Highly recommended, very enjoyable stay. We are thankful!

Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.
