We had a super uncomplicated and flexible check-in. The apartment was very clean and has an extremely beautiful location with direct views of the water in the first row also from the main bedroom! There is also a really large balcony that is perfect for breakfast as well as for looking at the stars in the evening. Even despite a restaurant directly below the accommodation, it is very pleasant from the scenery. Supermarkets and very good restaurants are within 1-5 minutes' walking distance. Is really a recommendation if you are between 2-5 people! We will be happy to come back. 🤝

The apartment has a beautiful view of the port of Sóller and is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. A great detail is that it has a parking space. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing & quiet little fishing village. Boho chic villa. Instantly felt comfortable and safe. Laurence is a lovely, welcoming host.

Ernesto's property is perfectly located near Port Adriano with access to all of the amazing restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The beach is within a stones throw and is lovely and quiet and yet the livelier Santa Ponca is only a ten minute cab! The views are absolutely beautiful across the water too. The property is comfortable with everything you need and Ernesto is BRILLIANT with communication. Would highly recommend!

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Great location. Fabulous view. Clean. Comfortable. Easy to access the promenade using the stairs from the front door all the way down. For the price point it would be nice to have some tea bags or coffee pods for the equipment provided - just to get you started.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Very nice house in a top location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week . Separate electricity billing very transparent and appropriate. Raquel was always available at short notice. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That is, microwave irradiation 24/7! In my personal case, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlady, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building technology... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrink that you can't actually sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. The pool pump in the basement garage can't be heard at all. Great! It was not clear why a water pump has to be so noisy that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden pipe has a leak,and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We loved our stay in Domingo’s apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It also had a fantastic balcony with wonderful views over Port de Sóller, and a well-kept back garden. The shared pool was also very clean, with sun loungers and a good view. The apartment is on a quiet residential street, which is very pretty. As other guests note, it would be difficult to access the apartment if one had mobility problems, as it is accessed via a few flights of steps. It’s about a 1km walk to restaurants and the beach, and the way back is uphill, but our little girl (aged 4) coped with this pretty well. We were especially grateful to Domingo for the gift he gave our daughter, and the snacks and drinks he left us. Thank you so much, Domingo, for your wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and was extremely clean and tidy. We loved the views, it was an easy walk into Port de Soller and there were a lot of good recommendations from Biel that we utilised! Would definitely stay again!

Great place with a nice terrace for cozy breakfast and nice evening drinks. The landlord was very helpful and nice. It was near to both beaches and bars and restaurants. I will absolutely come back that place.

The apartment is perfectly located, in the heart of the old town, very bright. Very efficient air conditioning. The amenities are quality and very complete. The host offers linen changes and cleaning of the apartment during the stay, even short. Isidore is very responsive and his tourist and gastronomic advice has always been accurate and helpful. In short, perfect apartment for a stay in Palma. The terrace is very large, perfectly private, not overlooked, with two distinct spaces: coffee table lounge area, dining table area. I am (very) demanding and this apartment as a whole is really perfect

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
