Equipada con piscina climatizada a 33grados y yacuzy exterior a 35grados todo el año!! . Está prohibido hacer fiestas y ruido por la noche, hay que respetar el descanso de los vecinos! Consta de 2 habitaciones con cama dobles, TV y aire acondicionado! El sofa se hace cama para un 5 huésped. El supermercado esta a 5min andando y la parada del autobus que va a barcelona a 3 min.

Está ubicada en el Parque Natural del Garraf y a 8 km. de las magníficas playas de Sitges. Comprometidos con el medio ambiente, la vivienda incorpora a sus servicios una instalación fotovoltaica, recogiendo energía del Sol pero teniendo acceso a la red eléctrica convencional cuando la energía solar no es accesible(durante las noches y los días de lluvia)

Bonito y acogedor apartamento frente al mar. Estamos en el piso 9° de una finca de nueve plantas. Esta en una zona peatonal muy tranquila llamada " la isla " Hay aparcamientos cerca de la vivienda,supermercados,bares,restaurante, gasolinera... En 5 minutos caminando estas en la playa.Y en 7 - 8 en la estacion de tren.En poco mas de 30 min estas en el centro de Barcelona y un poco mas en el aeropuerto.
