André and Flavia's apartment is right on the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

What to say about this stay? Maravilhosa. The house surprised us from the moment we joined it. Ampla, with the 5 suites as described, private, always clean swimming pool, with the homemade who passed the house every 2 days, keeping it always clean for use. The surprise came because the house is bigger than it looks on the picture. It has all the amenities to cook, something we did in a family with a lot of constancy, in addition to using the barbecue space a lot. At night, we adults sat chatting on the outer sofas. The sea is just steps away and the host still offered umbrellas and chairs. Thank you very much Arnaldo, it will always be very well recommended and, when we think about guaratuba as a destination, it will definitely be at your home.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the house, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor and the bathroom on the outside that helps a lot to service the pool area. Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
